I don't usually post negative reviews, but with the repair issues I had on our 2016 Airstream, I feel that folks need to know my experiences. The first was a problem with the work they did replacing the wheel and brake assemblies (4). After the repair, I found one of the wires to one of the brakes not connected (there are only two wires). I connected the wire. Later, another wire was found by them not connected. To their credit, they admitted the error. The next and more troubling issue is when I took the trailer in to have one of the awning motors replaced. The short story is that they broke the motor and cut off the factory connection and did not admit to breaking it. I had Zip Dee contact them to walk them through the process. The motor was about $450, which I am out of because I bought the motor and supplied it to the repair shop (my mistake). The tech was so stubborn and would not seek the help of the manufacturer, and he broke off one end and cut off the power plug, which voided the warranty. I had to take the trailer to another shop and pay for another motor and labor for a total of almost $1,500. It's a shame. TX RV are nice people. Too bad they wouldn't own up to their mistake and pay for the motor.

Mark and Tony are the best I am not sure how they do it, but I came in with a 9 item punch list. I hoped it would be done in a week. It was done in 22 hrs. AMAZING!!!

I thought I had major electrical problems. Nope they fixed it quickly. And 1/4 of the original estimate. I feel they are honest .
