Place was freaking awesome. I purchased a metabo siding nailer and nails from Andrew. Went back on Monday bought different nails for same gun. Had best price. By overhearing other conversations, all the guys know the business. They also repaired a Bostitch frame gun. Ready the same day. They repaired frame gun, about 15 year's ago. Damn good technical department. Will shop there again. All kinds of name brand tools. You can go there and get proper service!!! Not like big box stores..???

Texas Tool Traders is the place to go for tool repair. My husband has been a customer for years. This review is for his last repair. And we totally understand it could be all out of their control on receiving parts from who knows where due to plague this past year. We get it... to some degree. Although I'd there is an issue, call the customer. Absolutely no customer service. My husband says they don't call when tool is finished being repaired. It's totally up to the costumer to come and pick it within a certain time after it's finished, or they will keep your tools. He thinks a couple of months. So a few weeks ago he remembered he had a tool here he needed to pick up. He dropped it off before he was to go into surgery. So going on 3 months now. Um, it wasn't ready, said couldn't get parts, waiting on parts, wasn't ready, etc. Here we are to today deciding to drive by to check on his drill, find out what part is missing, maybe we could help locate it. Well what do you know, they are actually finishing the repair right at that moment. 4 months for repair... What if he needed his tool to make a living during this whole time?

very poor service and horrible experience! i had went to get nails for my framing guns but instead the rang me up with roofing nails! how do you get that mixed up? and to top it off, the cashier had the balls to be sarcastic about it and just gave me a refund to leave. totally disrespectful and distasteful!! FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE!!!
