DO NOT refinance your home with Bank of San Antonio, Bank of Austin or Texas Bank Partners! Be wary and make sure you get something in writing. Former employee, Carl Arceneaux, did not process my paperwork to lock in my rate and Kaylene Beck will not honor the previous terms. I started this process at the end of December 12/29/21. Provided pay stubs and bank statements as needed. Red Flags 1.) They kept asking me for Pay Stubs & Bank Statement at the beginning of each month for the past 3 months. I have provided statements dating back to Oct 2021 thru Feb 2022. That is 5 months' worth of statements. 2.) Beginning of Feb, Carl mentioned they had to hold off on processing paperwork until they saw my annual property tax notice. Didn't think much of it at the time because I thought we were locked in. 3.) My expected closing date was supposed to be March 6th. Comes & passes with no word from Carl. I tried to contact him by email and phone, no reply. 4.) Kaylene replies with this message 03/10/2022... "We have received the verification of mortgage back from Wells Fargo. The best rate that I have right now is 3.875%. Do you want me to go ahead and lock that in? I do need to get a couple of things from you: February bank statement for Wells Fargo accounts Two most recent paystubs. The last one we have is from 2/1/22" 5.) I was quoted 3.375% at the beginning of January, and in good faith waited for this to close. 6.) Today, 03/21/2022... I reached back out to Kaylene and Texas Partners Bank to voice my frustration and the best rate they can give me now is 4.25% on a 30-year fixed. 7.) Wouldn't be surprised if they were doing this to minorities.

We have always valued our relationship with Bank of San Antonio. Even more today. Through the craziness that was the SBA's PPP program they fought for their clients. On multiple occasions I was in email conversations with their people after 10PM. Their efforts were nothing short of heroic. We will forever be grateful for BOSA. The big banks simply cannot live up to this.

This literally the worst bank in the city....I have been with them for over a year and never had an overdraft, and Unfortunately i got robbed last week and the person used my card before I had a chance to cut if off and they are closing my account. The first reason is because they said i had 5 debit cards since I been with them and I check and it was only 3 cards i had, and secondly I had my debit card skimmed a long time ago and there was only 1 or 2 small charges before i

This bank is only good for free atms they don't help with literally any issues you have. I got scammed by a car company and they took my down payment and never gave me the car and the bank won't help file fraud charges to help me get my money back since I authorized the payment. I regret using this bank card for the purchase because compass bank would have got my money back in days with their fraud department. Now I literally have to hire a lawyer to get my money back when every other bank would help in this process.
