I'm an UBER DRIVER and I have a monthly subscription for the car wash.I use it daily and the staff is fantastic but I have noticed that some of the vacuums are not working or missing and the compressed air are missing too. I use most of your locations, but this one is very busy at times.I hope to see you repair this issues asap. I also need to say that the thin woman that works there is outstanding and she needs to be recognized for her customer service and her nice and kind demeanor.

I'm not used to this kind of service from a car wash, I signed up for the monthly membership which the price was reasonable, but the service is what really sold me. As I was at the kiosk, a nice lady saw me from 30 feet away and she came running over to help me, she ran mind you. She did not take her time and I didn't have to call her over, she ran over with the biggest friendliest smile I would have thought I was at a chic-fil-a drive thru. Once signed up, there was another nice lady with a competing smile motioning me thru the wash. Once done I hit the vacuums and yet another friendly attendant came over to see if I needed help. By this point I thought I was in a twilight zone episode where I was trapped in NICE land. It was a little eerie. Don't know if I can get used to so much niceness. Car came out spotless BTW.
Just wanted to update. As with any great business consistency is key. Went back again today and the same amazing infectious smile greeted me today. So refreshing and uplifting to be greeted with such kindness and hospitality.

Betty is a crew member at the Austin Highway location and I must say she is so pleasant and helpful. Always has a smile on her face! She is so nice to see when I go there which is about twice week. Thank you Betty!

I guess there is a risk when you take your car to one of these car washes but my car is less than a month old with no scratches no scuffs, nothing. Well after leaving I’m finding minor scratches from the washing process. I’m extremely disappointed and will no be returning or using this type of car wash. The customer service was good.

I love the bubble bath and having a monthly pass. However, I feel like devoted Customers should have a designated line if we’re on a monthly pass. Today I got stuck behind two cars. They could not work the credit card machine and it delayed me greatly.thank you

The wash itself didn't do a good job. My blazer was still dirty. I wanted to show manager on-site but couldn't find anyone. I spent 15.00 on a very crappy job! Plus, vacuum didn't do a good job either. Their suction was barely doing it's job. Very disappointed!

I had the best service from Will at this location! He was so patient explaining the various packages and washes, which was particularly impressive considering the fact that he was working out there in the Texas heat. Everyone working there was friendly and kind. The towels were all folded and well stocked, the vacuums were working well, and the entire property was clean and well-kept. I used to go to that other car wash down the road, but with folks like Will offering such professionalism and integrity, why go anywhere else?!

I normally love Bubble Bath. A fair monthly price for unlimited car washes. What’s not to love? Plus now they’re owned by QT so they offer perks like a gas discount card with your membership.
Well, yesterday I broke the car wash. Not really, I think. But it stopped - and did not ever start again. Before backing out of the tunnel we were able to open the sunroof and feel the red things. What can I say? I guess I’m easily amused.

I used to go here. Recently they sales person told me 168 to do any type of wiping in the interior of the car. Over priced will use competitors.

I have been coming here for a number of years now and have never had an issue with the staff nor with equipment failures. From the days of Mr. Luke running the place to Mr. Joel whom manages the place at the moment, both of these two gentlemen - and their crews, have Always been Awesome to me and I very much appreciate them all for Always keeping up with the business essentials like having clean towels readily available for customers to use as well as keeping the grounds well kept. My hopes are that the owners show their Appreciation to their staff - with ample of $$$ rather more so than just a Pat in the back. You guys are AWESOME ! Be Blessed guys & gals and "Semper Fi !"

Went to the car wash last week. The car wash broke my driver side passenger window and because my car is older than five years they refused to do anything about it not even a free car wash just told me to have a nice day.
Rude about the whole process no communication
If you break Someone vehicle accommodate them
Tell them 2016 is too old
