It is a clean facility and the machines are in good working condition. So far, I haven't encountered any issues or inconveniences. People who come here keep to themselves, get their laundry done and go out quietly. Highly recommend!

this place was redone after a fire in the building but at one of the other businesses. it used to be called sudsy's. it is very clean, they have many different sizes of washers (including the commercial/ industrial sized one), an ATM, coin machine & an option for an in-house loadable debit style card. they also have snack & drink machines, game machines & they sell laundry soaps & whatnot as well. oh they also have an option to leave your laundry for them to wash, pay by the pound I believe. and despite the area, they do pretty good at keeping the unsavories to a minimum.

This laundromat has quietly become my happy place. It’s where I go when it’s me time—when I just need a moment of peace and productivity without anyone needing something from me every five seconds. Sure, it gets busy during the day, but the real magic happens after midnight. That’s the sweet spot: it’s calm, quiet, and full of people simply focused on getting their laundry done. No distractions, no small talk—just the hum of machines and a peaceful vibe.
There’s always someone on staff if you need help, and if you go late, you can spread out and fold your laundry in peace—two tables all to yourself! When I fall behind during the week, I just load up all the family’s laundry and for about $20, I can use the big industrial machines and knock it all out in one go. The washers are a little pricey, but the dryers are massive and cheap—three loads dry in 30 minutes, no problem. Plus, they take Apple Pay and tap to pay, which is so convenient.
Now, about the things people worry about: the area and the owner. Let’s be real—it’s not a kids’ play zone. It’s a laundromat in this area. People from here know the drill and know how to handle themselves. As for the owner, yes, he’s got cameras everywhere and a reputation for being a little… intense. But honestly? That’s part of why I feel safe going late. No one’s dumb enough to try anything with that level of surveillance.
It’s not fancy, but it works. It’s a default parent’s haven. Bring change for the vending machines (the drinks only take coins), and know it gets warm with all the dryers running. But if you’re looking for a space to get things done and maybe even find a little peace in the process—this is it.

Conveniently located 24/7 a little sketchy when it gets into the later hours of night but it's right next door to the data point taqueria 0 which is open well into the night not 24/7 but I'd say 4 or 5:00 a.m. also next door is it 4:20 shop that is open 24/7 the laundromat establishment has skillset machines available to play along with quarter machines you can donate your money too because they are not worth playing but do become addicting so be careful when you play and gamble especially when you're doing laundry because you might walk out of there with some wet clothes after putting all of your money plus the money for the dryers into the machines while waiting for them to wash and before you can dry them sending you home with a whole bunch of wet laundry and a pissed off wife

I just visited this place for the first time and I gotta say I’m making this location my go to laundry spot. The lady at the front Ms. Connie was a a big help. Being new in town and not knowing how the card system works she helped me without me even asking. I definitely recommend this place and will be using this place from now on, 5 stars all around. Thank you Ms. Connie

This place used to be great with friendly employees. Now they just threaten to throw you out while homeless people wander the parking lot. I'm a widow with 3 kids. I work 2 jobs and have to do laundry at night after working both jobs on my feet to be treated horribly.

Opened the bag our comforter was in and it had moisture in it and mold on the comforter. Counter person was nice but said it was several months ago. I said “We didn’t know we had to inspect for moisture in the bag. She couldn’t do anything but gave a message to the owner who was out of town. He won’t return a call it text message. It’s been 4 days. I’d stay way from this place. I checked their ratings and it’s only 50% which is horrible.
UPDATE: AFTER I posted this review, the owner contacted me, is rewashing and drying our comforter. Hopefully the mold will be gone.
