Took my car to the car wash and selected soft touch wash option (as I always do) and a few hours later... on another side of town... I went to put groceries in my trunk and noticed my tail light lens cover was completely missing! Traced my steps and figured out it was probably the car wash. Returned to the scene of the crime and lo and behold, there were the cracked pieces of my lens cover... along with the obligatory "we're not responsible" for anything disclaimer. BUYER BEWARE.

This place is AMAZING as far as convenience stores go. It’s immaculately clean inside - even the bathroooms, the staff are happy and pleasant and it’s clear they enjoy working there. Fuel is competitively priced and it’s SHELL so you know you’re getting a good product. There are dual car wash bays, air pumps and vacuums, the parking lot is clean and litter free and they have a large selection of foods and goods to add to your day. I stop here as often as possible. One of the greatest things about this convenience store is that it’s Texan owned and operated by people, not huge corporations. The owners have worked hard to deliver a good experience to keep the customers coming back and they take pride in their business. When you stop in here you’re supporting a Texan owned small business!

The manager or who ever the older Indian guy was rude. I said hello cheerfully he looked up at me then looked at his phone. I was confused I was like is this register open? He just looked at me with no acknowledgment. Finally he grabbed my drink rang it up and continued to scroll on his phone. I paid with my card got my drink and walked out the whole time there was an awkward silence as he never looked up once or asked if I needed a receipt just silence. Absolute worst customer service. I will never go to that gas station again.

I don’t frequent this gas station often, but the few times that I have gone inside over the years the employees are always nice and the market is well kept. I mainly stay away because their gas prices are always hirer than their competitors. When you have to pay for premium gas the difference can add up quickly. The last 3 or 4 times I have gone I have issues with the pump taking my card or using my phone to pay. I end up having to go to 2 or 3 different pumps before I can start pumping my gas and I don’t always have time for that. Lastly, the car wash is terrible! I had to wash it twice yesterday and it still wasn’t clean after the premium wash. My car wasn’t even that dirty. At least the nice lady working provided me excellent customer service.

The fountain drinks are rather pricey compared to many other places, but they have a large selection of snacks, beer, and wine.

We ate lunch at Camillo ( Mexican food) it was so so delicious and made to order (hot,fresh and better than any other place we've been. Yes we will return there, also they have another location with alcohol drinks, this one doesn't. But the food is outstanding.

I’ve gone several times to this convenient store. The employees are always so friendly….especially the young man, Omar. Such a huge warm smile. He’s always in a good mood, even when I’m not.Though sometimes I’m rude & impatient, he continues to be professional & considerate towards his customers. Thank you, “Market Lookout” for hiring such an awesome employee!

You must go inside to buy gas even when using a credit card. The gasoline readers do not work. Cashiers cannot say if this is a mechanical problem or a policy change. Very frustrating and inconvenient especially during a pandemic.

This market is amazing! Customer service is superb and this store is the cleanest, best organized store right down to the bathroom! It also has allot of store items and treats other stores don't have. It's a must stop! I'm glad I work nearby !!
