Went here to take my Part 107 test. Ladies were friendly and helped everyone in the order we came in. I walked around the store while waiting my turn and the store was very organized and clean. Lots of pilot accessories and decor. Unfortunately they really didn’t have any drone pilot stuff outside of one log book I could purchase but it’s understandable as likely 95% of their business is fixed wing pilots or airline stewardesses.
In terms of the testing the room was very quiet and clean I had 3 other people taking tests in the room with me at the same time and everyone was quiet and respectful of others taking tests. All items needed to take the tests were provided. The staff was very professional if I need to take any FAA tests in the future or have anyone request recommendations i will definitely recommend Pilot Shoppe.

Been happy in the past, but the past two days I drove out of my way to stop in to make a purchase only to find the door locked during posted hours. No sign, nothing on the website.

Very nice shop. My daughter and I enjoyed looking through it. If you are looking for anything dealing with pilots, training, gifts... this is the perfect place.

If you haven't been here, I would say it's almost exactly what you picture in your mind, half the store with flight training and the other half with merchandise. The only complaint I have is with the testing facility, which seemed to be a little uncleaned

Amazing selection of products! As an airplane model collector, this place did not disappoint! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, and have lots of stories to tell!

Went here for my FAA written exam and the store folks were wonderful. They also have a LOT of your piloting gear, so no need to wait for an online order to ship if you need it right away. Yes, prices may be a bit marked up but it’s a local, family-owned store, so supporting them is practically a duty for all aviation fans and professionals.
Also great facilities for taking your FAA tests.
