First of all I need to say the young lady that helped us was awesome. (Stephanie).
She did tell us several times any inside titles returable. Never said it had to be a full box.
When my back splash was finally finished I had left over title 5 pcs missing from 1 box and 15 missing from the other box. When I called to confirm I was able to return it. Was then told it has to be a full box and Also that it Ststes that on bottom of receipt. Of course I didn’t see that on there. Was just so happy with the assistance I received. Also looking up reviews it states “ The Tile Shop allows you sixty (60) days to return unused tile.”
Where does it say FULL BOX!!!
So now stuck with the Extra title.

I just called to find help on a mistake that was clearly made by a sales associate who is not in the store. The young lady was rude to me and she hung up on me and told me to call back in 30 minutes when the manager was there. Not cool!

This is the best place. So many choices of beautiful tile, but the best part are the people. Rose was so helpful finding the right look then she made sure when the tile came in to go through each sheet to make sure they were perfect before we even got to the store to pick the tile up. Best customer service ever.

We shopped all over town and finally found a really nice tile at The Tile Shop on De Zavala. Prices are very reasonable. The outstanding part of the experience, though, was the great help and customer service. My contractor was horrible, but I didn't figure that out until a simple backsplash turned into a debacle. Dominic and Stephanie at the Tile Shop were very patient and gave great advice. They also helped us return things and buy others to try to get the job completed after the contractor damaged and misused supplies. I wish I had known before I hired mine, but the Tile Shop has a list of bonded and insured contractors and if they butcher your job, the Tile Shop will help make it right. Learn from my mistake and go directly to the Tile Shop. You won't be sorry!

They have a great selection so no concerns there. My concern is that we were talking with Ashley and things were going great until she ghosted us. We were discussing prices and she said she could get us a discount and then just went radio silent. We had too many projects going on to get out there ourselves so she cost us money as we couldn't build rapport with another salesperson.

My son and I visited 8 tile shops. There was none that compared to The Tile Shop on Dezavala. Stephanie was most helpful, she went above and beyond to ensure our kitchen was perfect. I was short on the tiles I needed for my kitchen and she creatively helped me get the 10 tiles I needed so my project would be finished on time. See Stephanie for any tile needs you have.

I have been looking at tile for about three months. I need tiles for bathrooms, Kitchen and flooring. I have visited other stores, but no Employees offered to help me. Stephanie, at The Tile Store, Assisted me the moment I walked in the door. She set up a table for me and helped me make my selections. She even found the perfect tile to match a difficult floor tile I had. I visited bigger tile stores, but the selection and help I got at The Tile Store could not be beat.

I originally asked for a specific amount of tile. The sales person talked us into buying the stock that they had on hand. Turns out we only needed what I originally requested. Asked for a return and was refused. Employee stated "when bought in case quantities, partial boxes cant be returned." Although you can by partial boxes all day long. And if a partial box was purchased you can return a partial box. Bottom line buy what you request or shop somewhere that honors all returns if you plan on buying extra.

We were really struggling on choosing shower tile for a bathroom remodel. I went here several times with a vision of what we wanted in the new walk in shower based on a vanity we purchased. I had help from Clarissa and Sam on these visits. They asked me questions about the bathroom, our likes, colors, style, etc. They took their time with me and offered wonderful suggestions. With their guidance and help I found the perfect tile and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!

We were greeted by an associate and a cat! We came in to shop for luxury vinyl planks. There's not a huge selection in the store, but there is more on their site.

We just purchased flooring for our Kitchen & Dining room from The Tile Shop. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable & professional, making our selection much easier. We definitely will go back for our bath remodel.
