I absolutely LOVE this little shop! The owner has such exquisite taste that it makes for a remarkable selection in the store. I mean she travels to Paris and New York to bring back goodies that I know for a fact you cannot find anywhere else in San Antonio and maybe even the whole state. For example, they carry all the Trudon candles and I think there's only one other location in a stuffy part of town to find those.
Yes some of the items are more pricey, but for things like the aforementioned candles, it matches the price you'd pay for them online. However, you don't get to smell them online and you don't get the curation that you find here. Plus, they also carry reasonably priced items too if you look (like volsupa candles which are a fraction of the price for candles from Paris). And they don't treat you any different if you're on a budget which some high end shops do. This place is a winner for customer service.
I love this little shop for treasure hunting. There are few places or people that I trust their taste so much- and I'm a snob about these things because I've traveled the world and know what is worth it and what's not. This place makes me happy and is so worth it :)

One of the best shops in San Antonio. Great gift items or just treat yourself. As a plus the staff is always lovely and the gift wrapping is very pretty and modern. Loved some of the pottery and throws they had today.

Cute ambiance but overpriced as others have mentioned. If it was to support local artists, maybe, but it’s handcrafted items that can be purchased online. I imagine they have to support the rent of the location, but as I consumer I’m not willing to be gauged for knickknack items.

Fun and whimsical place that never disappoints in terms of quality and customer service. Shop local people - it’s one thing that helps makes San Antonio a tourist destination - we’re not just another strip mall of chain stores, but instead we support shops that are owned by our neighbors. For the tourist, this is a place to bring back a touch of our lovely city.

Love this sweet shop - my toddler (!) and I received the warmest welcome. He was given some blocks to play with while I browsed the delightful, hand-selected treasures and the sweet owner really blew us away.

This place smells amazing with the burning Nest candles. Bamboo scent was burning when I was there, had to buy candle and diffuser! I cannot wait to go back, everything is so beautiful

I always have to stop in The Tiny Finch when we visit San Antonio; their small store has such a beautifully curated collection and a calm, soothing vibe. Because we don't live in town, I've often spotted things that I've continued to think about after returning home - ending with a visit to their website. Their customer service has been outstanding: knowledgable, responsive, and polite. When I wanted to buy a picture as a gift, someone helped me figure out dimensions and framing, and saved me from ordering the wrong thing. Both items I've ordered were delivered speedily, beautifully wrapped and appearing just as they did online. Great experience all-around.
