I came to this store on 12/23 at 3:15 pm. The guy wouldn't take my government ID with my photo. He wouldn't help me until I showed him my driver's license. I went back to my car to get it. When I came back, he spent at least 5 minutes looking for my package. As I was leaving, I turned around and saw my package right behind the counter on the floor. I clearly saw my name on the box. The guy working there was on the phone, I guess with a manager, and he said he found my package. He didn't find my package, I found my own package.
If this guy's capacity is this low he needs to work fast food not a mailing service.

Just wanted to ship a small gift to a friend and the first option they gave was next day shipping for $104??? I said no…I’ll try USPS to which the help desk guy said they could go down to $14. Ummm hello why didn’t you offer this to begin with! AND the package arrived next day anyway!! It felt very scammy. Disappointed in the in-store service.

Very small, but quick and friendly, regardless of what side of the building they were on. Enter the lot off Josephine (next to garage) and walk down, staying right— or park on surface lot off Alamo and door is towards far left.

It can be a bit intimidating to visit this place out of fear of not finding it. But it is actually very easy to find it and very accessible. The gps might mark that you have arrived a bit before you get to the actual location. Keep going until you see a big building with lots of glass windows on your left hand side. The UPS store is on the first floor of the building. As soon as you walk in to the open area of the building (on the first floor) you will see a seating area and the UPS store is on the left hand side. It is like the 3rd business on the left side. Customers service was great. It was pretty slow and the gentleman that helped me was very polite. *See the short video I’ve attached for reference on where the UPS store is within the building.

I've been here twice and the service is the best!!The first time I tried going to another ups store uptown and they wouldn't help me with an Amazon return. Amazon and UPS have an agreement to take their free returns but they were trying to charge me for boxes and shipping. Here they scanned the order and I was done in under a minute. Today I went again to ship something and even though they couldn't find my account at first, Santos at the counter was super patient and helped me figure it out and get me a receipt. They're located inside the Alamo college offices and I find it super convenient and there's easy parking.

Never go to this UPsStore. I had never been charged for using a digital tag. They asked me to print it and pay 2 dlls for it. They could have said something like, we’ll our policies are different and such and such. But Santos, the front desk guy simply didn’t care and he let me know…

Gabriel was so friendly and patient with me and all my weirdly shaped items. He took the time to make sure I wouldn’t pay too much. Definitely the friendliest and most helpful UPS store I have been to in a while!

Made an appointment for notary services 2 days in advance for a Wednesday I received a confirmation email and everything. I arrive at the store just to be told that the “notary guy” doesn’t come in on Wednesdays. Um…..ok. I needed this document notarized immediately before work and won’t be able to do that now thanks to this unprofessional UPS store
