Service was great, as usual. Coffee could be a little stronger but no issues at all. The best part of my experience was having Megan deliver my vehicle to me in pristine condition! Thank you for a great experience!

This place never disappoints me with the poor service they provide. At least I can always depend on that. I pay $59 a month plus the $5 tip or more for my truck to still be dirty?? Yes, I still tip even with bad service. I always end up going home and cleaning up all the spots they missed, takes me 30-45 minutes of my own time. I’ve given this place chance after chance and nothing had changed. However, this seems like the normal with The Wash Tub…just look at the reviews for the other locations as well. I’m just going to cancel my membership and go elsewhere.

Managers there suck. Especially MEGAN who has her employees following her around like lost puppies...making them late because she don't clock in her employees like she should. Not the ideal manager. Whatever carwash she came From... she needs to go back ASAP

This is one of THE BEST Wash Tub locations! The employees are always genuine, kind and ready to meet your customer service needs. I often frequent this location, and there's a reason why.. EVERYONE treats you like family. On top of having amazing employees, Megan and Leo are managers that lead from the front: they are constantly seen outside working alongside their crews and helping as well. They deserve way more than 5 stars!

It really is a crap shoot here. In my experience, sometimes they do a really good job. Unfortunately, most of the time the windows are left with streaks and the exterior will have a bunch of wqter spots. Most of the time I have to have them wipe down the exterior before I leave due to water spots. On my last visit I paid for an interior detail and seat cleaning and I was extremely disappointed. The carpet was still dirty and the seats were left with white streaks on them after they dried. To their credit the manager offered to redo it but I don't often have the time to spend an hour or two for this service.

I hired someone to detail my car - and they made a huge mess! I took it to Wash Tub on FM78 and Vanessa fixed the mess and made the car Beautiful! I will just go there from now on! They were very nice, did a great job, and my car is like new inside and out! Thank you Drey and Vanessa!

1st time here and getting my truck detailed. They were very nice and professional. They were very thorough when cleaning my truck inside and out.Even with the heat, they didn't cut any corners.

Recently visited this location for the first time and was overall impressed with the service provided. The management and staff were so kind to my daughter and I. We were offered donut holes and I left in a NEW car. Megan gave me a brochure on other services that are offered, I will be back to get an Ultimate Correction when time next week. Thank you all!

Visited this location for the first time this last week, very happy with the wash job. Us teachers really appreciate it! Megan met me at my car and she was super kind and appreciative of us coming by. One stand out employee was Mr. Bob, he was so genuine and spoke to us briefly and kept thanking us teachers for our hard work. Feels nice to be appreciated by a company like this. I’ll definitely be back!

Wasn’t pleased at all with the inside cleaning my vehicle. There still was crumbs, sticky residue on the counsel of the car.
