Terrible costumer service was not pleased when going in to Tillys. When asking for a shoe size, took an hour to bring me the right shoe size-and was very rude when i asked why they took so long. Told the manager the situation and the manager stated that they were busy and just brushed it off.

First of all very unprofessional from every single worker that came up to me at Tilly’s. Always especially with so much dust and very dirty, very hot, MANAGERS VERY RUDE and overall terrible experience will never return!!!

They never took the security tag off my husband’s shoes. Took us awhile to try and bring them back as we live far. We bring them in and they would not remove it after we showed proof of purchase through our bank statements and email. So now we’re stuck with a pair of shoes with the tag on them because their employee didn’t do their job correctly. They said we have to call customer service to approve it….like we would steal these shoes and bring them back in to get the tag off???

I had a great experience with Troy the cashier , very nice gentlemen,very helpful & kind .Help me w the shoes & color I was looking for.I was treated very well .Hreat kid you guys made a fantastic decision on hiring him.Great job Troy!! Tysm for all your help!

Tilly’s was super nice! Troy was the best worker! He definitely needs a raise because he was so helpful and made me comfortable throughout the experience .

Manger rebecca so rude and judgement. i felt so judged. Bad management they lost a LOYAL costumer. Never going back there again.

Good place to get in and get out cute clothing, wasn’t really greeting until Kayla I believed acknowledged me! She was so sweet and could hear her greeting other customers.
