The cashier at the register tried to overcharge me $18 for a $5 purchase. Be aware especially for all the tourists in the area. She tried to play it off but I felt she did it intentionally.

Price Gouging at its finest! I would definitely stay Away from all of these timeout locations there is so many of them and the prices are just rediculous. I went down on the river walk and found Five and Dime I so wish I went there first. They had much better prices on the same Exact items I had bought.

I'm from Missouri,my 1st time visiting San Antonio, the staff at time out drug store was very nice and accommodating.I had to travel home but I had seen some hats that I Loved and I called when I got home and they shipped them to me..That was above and beyond! I would recommend this place to ALL.. PLEASE stop by you are sure to find something that you like!

Went in for a interview today & the store manger Justin I believe was very rude , disrespectful & unprofessional. I would never work for this company even if y’all paid $100 a hour .

I came into the mall for a bottle of water & this store had the best prices! The employees were all very friendly and helpful. Very nice merchandise in the store at great prices especially compared to similar stores in the same mall. Highly recommend!

Both employees (male and female) were very rude, I believe the rudest I have ever experienced. Their excuse was that it was the morning! I felt like I was in the twilight zone..

I would give it a 0 star if I could. I went in to grab a monster coffee ( full size these are anywhere from 2.15 to 3.50) the only ones they had were the smaller ones that are never sold individually. These are marketed in a 4 pack but they tore that apart to sell them individually. The 4 pack in grocery stores cost around 7.00. They had torn them out of the original packaging and were selling them for 3.99 a piece! Price gouging at its best. They prey on tourist. When I made a comment that this must be mislabeled the supervisor that was standing over the cashier started saying something to the worker in another language. I seriously thought they had mislabeled these since the full size monsters were much cheaper than these little cans. I will be contacting the distributor of this company ( I guess they have no clue that once they sell like this they can lose their right to sell any products made by the company that makes other products) and may even make a complaint to the state of Texas to open a investigation on price gouging. A 100 percent mark up on a product is illegal even in a tourist area. If they would have taken the time to look at what I was talking about and address the issue instead of ignoring me and being rude speaking in another language in front of me this would never of happend but be as it is it makes me think there is more going on here than just this little gouging. Very suspicious.

Just paid for two sodas a Big Red and 7up. 7up was horribly flat. Brought to attention of mgr, she let me change it out for another and it was flat too. Told her she must have got a bad batch of sodas, and was told nothing more she can do. I said change to another she said no, i told her at least pull those so not to fool other customers, nope. Her store, her business, doesn't care about duping customers, mentioned self bad repping should be considered a priority...just sad. Hopefully enough people see this warning to alleviate inaction of store. FYI, don't bother sending a response from mgmt reply, because tht was the manager...really sad. 7/6/21.
