I had the pleasure in working with Tim Kiker and Ana Ramirez on a fairly complicated tax challenge. Tim was able to quickly assess the situation and apply the proper solution in a very timely manner. Ana ran all communications and orchestrated the paperwork making the process near painless. I would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone seeking highly competent and professional tax representation. I was genuinely grateful to have them on my side.

I am a co-owner of a small locally owned business. We initiated tax services with Tim Kiker for our 2020 Taxes. We were late in finding an accountant and Tim may have been too busy at that point to really have time to allocate towards our services. However, we confirmed with him that he had the time to allocate to our taxes and he assured us that he did. There were organizational responsibilities on our end that complicated our tax filing, that we take full ownership for. However, our experience working with Tim and his office was characterized by little to no communication, a lack of transparency, and a lack of professionalism:-Throughout our experience with this office, we repeatedly sent messages or phone calls that went weeks without a response.-When we initiated services with the office, we asked for a quote for services and were never given a cost until receiving our invoice in Oct 2020.-When voicing concerns to the office, staff voiced that they would call us back on a specific day and never called.Overall, I would not recommend these services. While the job was done, it was delayed and fragmented due to a tremendous lack of communication and transparency. Since initiating services with another accountant for our 2021 tax services, the wealth of communication we have received has served as a stark contrast from what we received working with Tim's office.

I have been with this firm for a few years, and without a doubt, I can absolutely assure anyone looking for a new tax preparer/CPA to stop your search. They are that good, that professional, and that reasonably priced! Ana from the office will respond within a day on any inquiry, even during tax time!! I cannot say enough good things, and I also refer anyone who is looking for help to them! Thank you guys!

I'm lucky to have the best tax preparer in the world - Tim Kiker! Tim has been managing my taxes as long as I've been a taxable entity and I can always rely on him for the best advice. Last year he saved me when I thought I was smart enough to do my own taxes, which was not the case.Tim found several errors and oversights and saved me from myself! Tim is my brother and there's nobody else I trust more based on our long-running track record.
