The cashier up front was so nice and she helped me with everything I needed help with. I would definitely shop there, people that leave bad reviews just have no shopping etiquette. Thank you for the best customer service

The cashier who checked us out was very rude. She had zero customer service. I have shopped at this location and other location and never had an issue with customer service, but this experience was not so good.

Everything is great prices merchandise the only thing is the crazy lines to pay at the register I’m talking like 20-30 ppl in line for that reason I hate going to this store if you can buy the same product for 5–10 more at a regular price I would suggest you do that cause that’s what I’m going to do it’s ridiculous the wait time in line never going back

Pretty chaotic layout. Hard to navigate. Not a good place for a "parent" to let their kids run around screaming. Best to go RIGHT when they open, shop quickly, and leave.

Is there zero stars cuz customer service was not okay. The fact that they checked my id for my use of my digital card is crazy and it only happened to me. The manager of Marley needs to have a better attitude. I’ve never been Id for my use of Tj max credit card. This will be my last time at this location never again with awful customer service ran by this manager would gives looks of customers potential shop lifting that is the look she gave. If you value yourself and time I suggest you try a different location than being suspected and taking much longer at the register than needed. The fact that the cashier Marley had to enter in my digital card was crazy too customers can do that themselves that is personal information. Absolutely no respect. Get a new manager.
