I rented a chainsaw for this morning. October 7th went at 9 AM to pick it up. You had 2 in stock and not one of them worked. I am asking for a refund on my money or deposit. Ask him for my return of deposits or refund whatever we call it.

I've purchased online through this store for curb pickup. Some issues with communication and they don't seem to answer the phone. I've tried them several times and nobody picks up and no follow through. This is challenging as I use Home Depot all the time, definitely a store management issue and this one is not good on customer service.I know other Home Depot's tend to be good, far better than this location.

Went by yesterday at 4:35pm to place a special order to augment a prior purchase. Waited 10 minutes for a service rep who informed me the company he needed to contact closed 15 minutes ago. I went back today at 11:45 and had to wait 34 minutes at service desk in order to speak to a service rep (though they were paged 4 times). Never showed up. Escalated to manager who sent an under-trained employee to assist. He didn’t know how to place orders so nothing could be done. Well over an hour wasted and I still can’t get the part I need.

BUYER BEWARE! I bought a bug zapper that after a month did not work. I brought it back to Home Depot and Darby asked if I had a receipt. I showed her my receipt via a picture on my phone. She said she could not accept it since it was on my phone even though they could have easily scanned it. I showed them the credit card info on my phone but they said I would need to print my credit card statement on paper if I wanted a return. After speaking to two Asst Store Manager, Andrew and Carlos they told me it was their policy not to honor a receipt via a phone picture. I then left and called their Corp office. Their Corp office said that this info was incorrect and apologized and sent a gift card for my trouble. I then returned to my house and printed my receipt, printed my credit card statement, and brought my passport. After returning to the store I finally was given a store credit by Darby. I then spoke to Andrew again and informed him that my family had recently ordered a measurement for carpet and we were purchasing $9500 in carpet from his Home Depot this week. But due to their horrible customer service we have decided to cancel our order. It was only at that time that Andrew decided to apologize. Maybe next time they decide to treat a customer like crap over $57 they will remember this example. I have called Corp office and asked for a call back and so far nothing. They obviously do not care about their customers.

A lot busier than the one on Fair. No carts available. They sent me outside to get one from the return cart station. No sanitizing. Had to ask twice for someone to make a key. Enjoyed their Halloween displays.

Firstly, the phone service is terrible. Tried to talk with someone in flooring, got to everyone but flooring. Finally asked for a manager after 14 mins. Manager had to look for item herself but it was not available even though it states it is online. Very disappointed in this store. I will cover military discount next....geesh. So bought a few building items.. i.e. screws, drywall, pvc pipe, and 2x3 boards totalling over $70. Showed them my VET ID, got a whole $1.55 off.... I am a vet but I know math and that is not close to 10%. I appreciate a discount but just thought it was funny. Unless Home depot computers are taking on the traits of its users.

The customer service at Home Depot is terrible, FYI they charge you for an online order the minute it's placed, most stores don't charge you until the item ships or you pick up in store. I never received the item I ordered online because I provided a PO BOX for delivery instead of a physical address. When I called to cancel that order it took about an hour, the rep didn't believe that I never received the item. They are the worst!!!

Ordered online for Curbside pick up call to check on it after two days they told me they were really busy and it will be at least four days. On the third day they just canceled my order so I ordered the same thing at Home Depot and picked it up within two hours do yourself a favor and just order it from Home Depot to start with

If your looking for a Home Depot employee, don't come to this location. There are people wearing orange aprons, but they don't want to help you. They will tell you that's not their Dept and keep walking. It's insane! Plus not to mention half their store is out of stock. So straight to Lowe's I went, which is just down the street. Got the service I wanted and the items I needed.

Worst customer service of any diy store in San Antonio. There's very few workers and no one knows s*** about any type of product in their own store. I asked one of the ladies at the counter if someone could help me load some Sheetrock in my truck and she told that I would first have to load what I needed in a cart and then she would call someone to help load the products. And then looked at me like "like what are you waiting for?" And then proceeded to talk with another associate of hers and complained about how over worked and tired she was. Where does Home Depot hire their people from, a random idiot box? This place sucks on the south side.

Went to find a certain paint color. Was told by Employee in paint area - Mia 'your on your own'Went in with my son and once she told me that I walked out as to not cause a scene with my son in front of her.Terrible customer experience

I'm someone who's extremely understanding and helpful to anyone working during this pandemic. That being said, worst staff ever. Of all time. Ever. And taking over an hour to deliver a curbside order? They only brought part of it and my husband had to go into the store and load the rest. Why even offer curbside pickup? It also took 4 days to even be "ready" FOR WHAT!!! He had to go get the order himself!!!
