HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Trinity Hospice was there for us in our time of need. They started strong and finished stronger! Sandra (Business Development Executive) was so supportive and explained everything thoroughly with patience and compassion. Victoria (Nurse) was so supportive, respectful, and knowledgeable. She would take her time to go through her assessments of Dad with me each day with patience and compassion. Jorge (Case Worker) did an amazing job learning the details and finding the best next step for Dad if he was to be discharged from the hospital. He kept me informed on what was going on and what he was working on. Don (Spiritual Counselor) was made for this job! His kind and caring spirit would light up the room. His prayers were so powerful. The hospice doctor who's name I forgot.. was very attentive, available and responsive! I could not be more pleased with this AMAZING team at TRINITY HOSPICE. Keep on thriving!!!

Let me start off by saying that my review does NOT have anything to do with the company or the delivery personnel. Our equipment delivery driver/installer was SUPER sweet. The company was prepared to bring the Twin XL bed, oxygen tank (required by law), and other equipment to the house in less than 24 hours. My problem is with Mr Roger Saenz, their employee & business development executive. At the hospital, where he asked to talk to our family, he seemed nice, but he gave me a creepy feeling. He went on this long sales pitch of how he was an EMT. He knew those who were revived could "hear us & see what we were doing." This was a red foag for me because 1) He hasn't been through it. 2) Is not the case for everyone. He went on with his personal experience with a relative who thrived with at home hospice. He was blessed to have someone with all their faculties, but for those of us who have had family with certain brain issues or have worked with those with special needs, we know that's not entirely true. My relatives went with the company, which was great but here comes the other side of Mr Saenz. He supposedly took meticulous notes about our family, so he knew what to expect. When he called to verify drop off of equipment, he got mad he couldn't find the caregiver or anyone else by phone, when he knew we'd be at the hospital. Mr Roger Saenz got mad at me for not being a caregiver, being physically handicapped & not having a car or bus service in our area (due to Covid services were downgraded & Via has taken away our bus route permanently) and relatives who won't call back if l you don't leave a message. With each thing I told him he just got more & more mad, no wonder he can't stay married. As I stated previously, he supposedly Took Meticulous Notes of everything we told him at the hospital, yet Roger Saenz had the audacity to get super mad, bang on your steering wheel kind of mad, for things he already knew. Which is srong on so many levels, especially if he was calking while driving. Please feel free to do business with Trinity Hospice if you wish to do so. The company did good by us. BEWARE of Roger Saenz.

I feel I was very blessed in finding Trinity Hospice. Caring for a loved one during their final days is very stressful and daunting. Thank God, there are those who have chosen this field to alleviate some of the stress and unknown. From the very beginning, a "care" team consisting of a nurse, CNA, a social worker and chaplain was assigned. Every step was explained, phone calls were promptly returned and the care team always arrived at their scheduled time. They were very compassionate, not only for my loved one's well being, but mine.My heart felt appreciate to the Trinity Angels. Their professionalism and kindness are unsurpassed.April Phillips

I cannot express enough how much the staff goes out of their way to care for their patients!!!! Especially RN Wendy!!!!!!! She has cared for my dad and now my grandmother and has never disappointed. It takes a special nurse to work hospice and she is born for this. Everyone I have encountered has been amazing. We are truly blessed during these times to have such caring nurses.

The worst treatment of any hospice. The equipment , bed etc arrrived and 3 hours later my Mom came home by ambulance. No nurse, no medication just two Acadian paramedics that helped change my Mom. Bless them.A half hour later a nurse came in, still no medication. She gave me a " cliff notes" abbreviation of hospice care.I did get the medications about 12 am.My Mom refused all medication last night.I called Trinity's number at 9:00am and still no nurse or CN A has arrived at my house. My advice is to avoid this hospice like the plague. A neighbor could have provided more help.

I cannot begin to express my heartfelt gratitude for Trinity Hospice. We were completely unprepared and devastated when we got the news that my family friend’s father would not live long. But Trinity Hospice made sure that my friend’s father was given the dignity he deserved. The team worked fast and did it with such grace that it relieved us from the stress. Thank you Trinity Hospice and a special thank you to his nurse Irma. She made sure my friend’s father passed away peacefully, while at the same time taking care of the family.I will be forever be grateful to Trinity Hospice and nurse Irma

Don't waste your time calling Trinity Hospice. They don't actually provide hospice care, they just pretend to. I assume they are just experts at Medicare billing. But they will completely ignore the precious time that you have left with your dying loved one. We finally had to fire them and hired a legitimate hospice care (VNA Visiting Nurses) who were awesome, caring, and had bed, oxygen, and comfort care kit delivered within 6 hours, where Trinity never bothered to get any of that done in 6 days! Trinity Hospice should be shut down. They were really just a fraud, and were very experienced at making up excuses to do absolutely no actual hospice care.

Do not engage Trinity for the care of your loved one. Trinity Directors do not communicate effectively or timely about the care and status of your loved ones. They don't collaborate well with the nursing home to develop an effective care plan for your loved one. We were not informed appropriately on the type of care our mother would receive or not receive and from whom, we were left in the dark and this caused extreme frustration, aniexty and unnecessary worry about our mother. It turns out our mother wasn't ready for hospice, we was not at death's door. We were bullied into hospice when my mother didn't need it.

It was our first time using Hospice care and I can say that Trinity Hospice was there when we needed them. They explained the process in a very caring manner to the family. From our account manager Annette to our Nurses all were very caring.
Thank you for getting us through this tough time.
