Very good experience. My son ordered his books online, and he picked them up with no issues. After I bought a Trinity mug and a hoodie, they took a promotional picture (for Door Dash) and we got a $10 gift certificate (from Door Dash). Nice.

I called before coming in and the gentleman was very knowledgeable about the book i was looking for. He even held a copy up front so i wouldn't have to go looking. Great place

If you’re an alumni who lives out of town, forget the idea of going in and browsing Trinity merch because they’re NEVER open when you’re here.

We came to San Antonio for the weekend to see our son and were disappointed that the bookstore was closed all weekend when we were ready to purchase lots of logoed items!

I had ordered textbooks online for my first-year classes and picked them up from the bookstore. Although the process is relatively easy, I encountered a huge problem when they gave me the wrong Foundations of Chemistry textbook. My order receipt (both online and physical copy) says that I bought a brand new Foundations of Chemistry book when in reality they gave me a used copy. They charged me full price for a used book. When I went to the bookstore to try and return the book or, at the very least, get a new book, they asked me if I swapped the book out with someone else because there was no way their system got it wrong. When I told them that I never even had an opportunity to swap the textbook, they said that there is nothing they could do and that I was stuck with the overpriced textbook. I suggest buying all of your supplies (which are often cheaper at local grocery stores) and books somewhere else (I suggest Amazon).

You can get cheaper books literally anywhere. I was charged for book rentals that I never got, and when I discovered this, they would not give me a refund for something I never used. If there's a book you HAVE to get at that specific store, find an upperclassman with that book that can sell it to you for cheaper.

Most things are overpriced, but that's typical for a college bookstore. They advertise that they'll buy back your textbooks during finals week, but they wouldn't buy back ANY of my textbooks from this year and couldn't tell me why (most of them were purchased from the bookstore). Note that this is not a review of the staff, but rather the bookstore itself; the staff are always very friendly and as helpful as possible.
