I purchased a vehicle from Twilight Auto Sales about a week ago, and it has been sitting undrivable for almost the entire time. Within a very short period after the sale, the car began showing mechanical issues and warning codes that were not disclosed to me beforehand.
When I reached out to the dealership for help, I was given excuses and inconsistent explanations. I asked to speak with the owner, but instead I was sent to a generic service email and have not been given any verified way to contact the owner directly. The manager argued with me and tried to shift blame instead of offering real assistance.
At this point, I feel that I was sold a vehicle with pre-existing issues, and the lack of transparency and support after the sale has been extremely disappointing. I’m still waiting for the dealership to take responsibility or even provide proper communication.
If you are considering buying a vehicle here, I strongly recommend having it independently inspected before purchase and being cautious about the level of support you may receive afterward.

When they repo your vehicle they won't let you get your things they have a private property and hold your vehicle there and they say they can't tell you where it's at due to it be private property. All I wanted was a backpack that had my work stuff in it it's been a month already and they never call me back when I call them every week to see if I can pick it up.
