I've gotta be honest, while they have a good selection...I've never had a friendly cashier. The guy today wouldn't even say hi. I dunno, a little customer service goes a long way. Next time I'll go to spec's.

Was there a few days ago around 5pm. Extremely bad service. As soon as I walk in the mid 20 year old white cashier looks at a me and then looks away without saying a word. I go over to choose my bottle. Can see his stare from across the store. Walk up to pay, he scans the item and doesn't say a word. I could feel the racism emanating from him. I go ahead and pay with my card, doesn't even bother to ask if I want my receipt. I leave without saying a word and he remains silent as well. If you don't like to see, talk, service people of other races why in the world would you choose this location to work at. Or perhaps the owner is in agreement with this type of behavior. Either way, do not recommend it all!

Just left the store, terrible experience. This guy with glasses at the register, asked to scan my ID. I asked why since i was only buying mineral water, guy didnt give an explanation just said they have to scan IDs. I refused to have my ID SCANNED because is not required. Cashier got mad and took my items away, very rude treatment of a customer. My guess is that the store is saving your information by scanning your license. Will not return.

This was my first time to this store and I am happy I chose to come here. Stephanie was amazing, and when I say she knows her wines, she really does. Very helpful and kind, the variety they have here is amazing. Regardless of what your taste are, they have the right flavor for you. Will definitely be coming back to this location.Awesome job you do there Stephanie. Thanks for being so helpful.

I do not recommend this store to anyone . Customer service is negative 10 out of 10 . I went in 1/31/2024 around 8:45pm . The cashier is absolute insolent . Talking like he doesnt want me in the store. If you think you better than me and I'm not even worth for you to give a directiont to tequila bottle then said it. I was politely asking him where is the tequila. His attitude said it all. I'm suprise that this store face is destroy by this discriminate cashier.
