We just went tonight at 11/5/2025 my lovely polite girlfriend went in and the gentlemen was extremely rude. I intend on going in tomorrow and POLITELY Asking him, for WHAT Reason he was being so rude to her. I watched the whole interaction from the car, and feel deep regret for not going in myself. He would NOT Have spoken to me like that.

CHECK THE BEST BEFORE DATE OF BEER BEFORE BUYING. Purchased 3 six packs that were all expired and when I brought it to the cashiers attention, he was pretty dismissive about it. I’m sure he assumed I was trying to scam him or something but I just took my business elsewhere.

The workers were helpful and the decor/layout of the store was inviting. I particularly enjoyed glancing at the wall pictures!

Went online to order a gift to be delivered the following day. Online showed in stock at McCreless location. Next day I receive a text saying the order had been declined due to insufficient stock. Luckily I saw the text and called the store. The male employee wasn't concerned, hadn't attempted to locate the product to fulfill the order or make any effort beyond declining the order. As mentioned, it was a gift, a birthday gift, expected to arrive in time for lunch plans. Tomorrow does no good. The employee put the phone receiver down and left me on hold longer than good customer service would dictate. When I called back, no answer. Needless to say I will not be spending money in Twin Liquors and will be sure to spread the word. Smh.

Thhis is a nice place and alot of selection but help is almost ? zero....nobody was available 2help cuase they were all just talking behind the counter. When we finally went all the way 2 the counter 2 get help....they just pointed ?. Seems walking and taken the customer 2 the product is asking 2much ??♂️ ??
