Amazing store, even better owner. Rod is such a kind man, always helpful with my selections. Amazing bourbon selection, and he will point you towards some bottles you'd otherwise not try. Thank you for always taking care of me brother!

The store manager is really rude. He got made that I asked about ER since they were talking about hard to find items. I was like why not and I asked…. And he said yes but im tired of people asking and I just need to get rid of these. Really rude manager. Don’t have them and don’t request to have them in your store if you are going to be rude about it. It don’t care if you don’t like them in your store. If you have them, sell them. I’m happy that I found one, cuz I have been looking for a long time to enjoy one. Then he said, you want all of them? Just take them, I said no cuz I’m not a hunter. Just wanted one for my self. Smh !

First time was great, second time the employee had to go back and forth with the manager to get input and third time I get called bro and told it is what it is. I'd rather drive further for the overall best experience!

This is our favorite place to get drinks!!!! My husband loves the Kailua from here! Basically it's a coffee ish drink with liquor! My favorite is the skinny girl margarita! Everyone at this store has always been friendly and helpful. I believe sometimes on the weekends they have some one giving out samples for wine or whatever it is the vendor is selling.

Unwilling to take orders for premium bottles...even when pre-payment is offered. A little extra customer service would have made me a more loyal patron. I think service differs from store to store. Customer satisfaction didn't feel like priority at this one...
