It's best to start the rental process online for a faster check in. It's seamless and so much easier than going into the location and renting the vehicle from the store. The return process is so fast and easy that it feels like "one and done". The website is easy to navigate, and all of the pricing is up front. I highly recommend.

I am a big fan of U-Haul! The rental process is so easy and streamlined to get the customer what they need in a timely matter. As a former employee, I also appreciate U-Haul from an internal perspective.

Worst customer service!!!! They will give u wrong information then try to cover it up with “well it’s in the contract.” If u ask an employee and they tell u one thing u think they know what they are talking about and not assuming a customer knows that u can’t drop off a truck at another location. I have always rented uhauls and have never had this issue now I’m charged $185. Smh Spoke to manager Francesca and she was most definitely no help just said “well it’s on the contract.” DO NOT GO TO THS LOCATION!!!!

As usual this U haul always delivers a great customer service experience. I have used 2 other uhaul places and they were terrible. That's why I've been coming here for many years. Always get what I need . Never have an issue with my bill. Don't waste your time just come here to San Pedro/ Basse location.

Staff were amazing! Very knowledgeable, helpful & professionals!! I truly appreciate them & their service!! The manager went above & beyond my expectations! She (please forgive me, I don’t recall her name. I was fighting a bad migraine!) Francesca, I think? I’m not sure! I’m so grateful to her for her compassion, help & kindness!! Kudos! This place will scam you out of mileage. Take a photo of your odometer because their data is incorrect. Got charged for 144 miles even though I drove 49.7.

My people, be very careful when renting a truck before leaving the establishment, verify that the mileage and gasoline agree with the rental contract, no one goes with you to the truck to verify if everything is as the contract says, when you left the parking lot the mileage was 117052 and they said that the gas had 3-1/4 of a tank and what it had was half a 1/4 and when I delivered it the mileage was 117107 I picked it up at 9:04 am and I delivered it at 2:59pm and they are charging me for more than 300 miles and they also want to charge me for gas. They say it is full. They are some crooked scammers starting with the store manager and the employees and sending the photos as evidence, be very careful. Ellis are located in San Pedro, look at the photos of the exit of the establishment and the entrance and they allege that when I left the establishment the milega was 116764.0, they are crooks and I made the claim twice starting with the manager and the employees are scoundrels

I have always said that the employees or members of a business are a reflection of their manager! I think that's why everyone is very attentive and friendly in this location.
