The property manager was quick to respond when i had concerns. And was good about calling me back even when i had an issue after hours. Lauren is hands down the best. I was stressed to the max n she was chill n handled my needs so i wouldn't have more stress. Friendly n overall jus has good vibes. I will definitely be using this location the next time im in need of moving. Staff is friendly and the restrooms are very clean not all messy with trash overflowing like sum business. Thank you for everything SW U-Haul team.

I recently rented a truck the rental was okay and so was the truck. The bad thing about this place is that they put a hold on my credit card for an additional $46.83 and now they won't release that amount, stating that my bank is the one placing the hold on the amount when I called my bank they told me they don't place holds on money it's the merchants that place the holds on money so the merchant has to release it. It has become obvious to me that U-Haul is fraudulent and performing bad business ethics

this location goes above and beyond specially the front-end staff . Lauren, is always very helpful and answers all of my questions gracefully. She walks me through every step of the way, while renting out a a trailer, and her patience is unmatched. Hope there’s more people like Lauren, and overall this location is very professional.

Tried to rent a 10ft and it wasn’t available. Then, I asked for a cargo van and it wasn’t available. I waited 30 min in line because the two guys in front of me didn’t have money or a credit card with them to rent a vehicle! The guy at the desk didn’t do anything to help me out with getting a rental so I just took my business elsewhere. Horrible service. Take your money elsewhere for a truck rental.

The check in guy in the parking lot will pop the seal on the dolly in the back if you don't go with him. Cheating, stealing and underhanded are some words to describe theses people

Steer clear of this place, the uhauls they have are disgusting. The one we rented smelled disgustingly weird almost like a roach sort of smell and the AC did not work. The vehicle was obviously dirty and than they had the nerve to charge a cleaning fee of $25. Broooo ya'll never gave it to us CLEAN! To top it off there was bird crap all over the windshield and writing on there as if it just came back from being towed. I wouldn't have driven it off the lot another person I was with drove it and I didn't know any of this til it was too late. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!

Overall everything was a great experience. The only thing is the bull nose lock that i bought at the location didn't fit the uhaul door when I was told it would. I would definitely recommend this location. (26' uhaul truck)

Sales people were rude. Complained about a person not speaking English. Ate snacks while assisting me & used the F word. Unclear parking situation.

After 5 o'clock they do not want to give you the service of refilling the gas tank and they close until 7 pm
