Absolute worst Uhaul I’ve ever used. Refuses to let you return trailer at a location closer to you
Had to miss work and driver over an hour across town to drop back off at the same location, or they said they would charge me an additional $500 on an $18 trailer rental.
Please use any other location besides this one

The service was excellent when I do the rent and when I return the truck, I was afraid for hidden fees, but nothing, I just paid the daily rate, the mileage and the gas and still save in comparison to others. Thank you for make my experience really smooth.

The truck was old, windshield cracked AND dirty. I would expect that at least the windshield be cleaned for next customer. I paid a lot for me to receive a dirty and old vehicle. Penske for me from now on.
