Not sure who Amy and Ruben are but seems like they provide excellent service. We just left with a police report and filing a corporate complaint after dealing with a very aggressive property management named Tim T. This guy was literally wanting to fight and heavy breathing. This guy should not be employed by anyone

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered! Ruben and Cindy are both really great and are always happy to help and answer any and all questions you may have. I really enjoyed my experience with them and highly recommended this unit property.

Ruben is very knowledgeable and respectful. He talked me through the unit size and pricing options so I could choose the best solution for my business needs. A much easier process than the orange storage locations. 10/10 would recommend Life Storage!

Cindy was so helpful! Make sure to ask for her ??Update:I had some trouble with the door on my unit and Ruben stopped everything he was working on to run over and help. These guys are really great. That old fashioned customer service is still around ?

Amazing customer service from Ruben!!! I needed to know more information about renting a unit & Ruben was more than helpful to answer all my questions. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient on getting me the information I needed. I will definitely be going back to ask Ruben for help in anything I may need!
