Onur is amazing. Hands down great personality, caring and goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are taken care of. Moving is never fun and with the issues we had with other companies...it started off rough. We then went to uhaul with onur and it was quick, easy and we left feeling reassured. It's hard to find great customer service. This man is perfection

First up i have to say that Honor is the one of the best representatives I've ever worked with. He made the whole process the best experience I've had with uhaul. From getting the truck i needed to even making my son laugh. Hands down the best uhaul center in town, if you need a truck go here first!

Thank you so much, Onur, for your excellent service! This was by far one of the best U-Haul experiences I’ve ever had. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Onur went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up perfectly, and his friendly and professional attitude made the whole experience even better. We rented a uhaul for a last minute move. The process was seamless and easy. Jason and his teammates offered great customer service. They even helped us find some lost keys we left behind in the uhaul.

Jason Velasquez-Banda is very helpful and professional. His team was able to help me rent a trailer. I witnessed how well he handled a disgruntled customer.These workers are underpaid and do not deserve to be yelled at for how corporate does business, they are doing the best they can.

GM Jason located then “misplaced” item left in rental vehicle then argued about reimbursement price & tried refunding less than original purchase price of item. Shady employees and bad customer service. Thankfully the owner fixed his mistake and ordered him to give the full reimbursement price of the stolen item

Take a picture of start and stop mileage. They always add 10+ extra miles if you dont.
