This is strictly towards Samuel! He literally had my husband open the door for him to tell him the mileage. Samuel told my husband, “it’s company policy for him to open the door and verbally tell him.” What’s the point of the inspection bay? Isn't it for THE STAFF to do an inspection of everything? If you want me to do your inspection/job please, pay me.

I can understand the low review rating for this facility. I have rented equipment from this facility on several occasions without incident. I have been very pleased with the service in the past. However, I rented a trailer on May 23rd. On this visit I was unlucky in having the the owner, Mr. Martin register my rental rental equipment. He was very detached and distracted through out the whole process. He displayed very poor customer service skills...some of the worst! Customers are the key to earning business revenues! I will be using the other U-Haul facilities near me for my future requires. I will not spend my money where I'm not valued as a customer. His facility is not the only game in town!

I had 2 Uboxes delivered and was told that both boxes would be ready for pickup. When my movers arrived there was only one available for pickup because there was a mixup with which car was picking them up. They did not call me to let me know that only one was available for pickup. When I went in person to figure out a time to pickup the second ubox and to tell them that it should have been communicated to me that only one was available, instead of apologizing, the uhaul agent ridiculed me and told me that it wasn’t their fault and that the Ubox people were not costumer service oriented so they did not need to communicate anything to me. I tried to say that they should be trained to communicate changes like that to customers but the agent maintained that it wasn’t their fault and was extremely antagonistic, rude and unprofessional. I would avoid this place like the plague if possible.

The vehicle, equipment and staff were excellent, and there were no issues experienced in those areas.
The main concern that we had during our move was when one of our phones picked up that there was an air tag tracking us.
We felt confused, scared, and unsafe. We did not feel comfortable driving to our old home or new home or anywhere personal to us, for fear that we were being tracked for nefarious purposes.
We contemplated calling the police but after several difficult moments of trying to calm down, we called U-Haul customer service . The automated operator did not give options for the appropriateness of our situation and we ended up going through the process of roadside assistance. Due to the high volume of calls, we had to be put in hold for a significant amount of time. Once we got in touch with a representative, we informed them of our situation and asked if it was U-Haul’s policy to AirTag their vehicles. They then told us that it was not uhauls corporate policy to AirTag their vehicles but that it was dependent on store to store. Then, we were put on hold several more times as she attempted to contact our store after hours. She then told us that our vehicle was indeed air-tagged. Due to us having to call U-Haul, be put on hold, figure out what to do; It cost us time and money, and it negatively impacted our emotional and mental health. We strongly suggest that this U-Haul store, along with their written informed consent, add a verbal informed consent portion to their employees' routine explanation of terms and services. We hope to see future customers of the store be throughly informed of any non corporate policies and practices. Thank you

The attendant was harsh with all customers. The man with glasses and cross, was short and crass, practically shouting at customers to line up, where he could see them. He never said, I'll be right with you and kept showing anger, referring to where "everyone else "workers" were. We had to go across town to pick up a dolly. It took longer than getting a truck. Choosing to avoid this place in the future.
