Very disappointed with this location. I was misinformed by Christian, he stated I could not return the rental truck to the same location i picked up at, even though it was more convenient for me. I am guessing the location makes more of a profit having the rental truck dropped off at a different store. Other location told me I was over charged for the 18 miles i used on rental for one day.

DO NOT USE U-HAUL! You may not be aware of this so use caution! Each U-Haul location has different hours yet apparently you can drop off your truck at any time. Yes, the trucks say 24/7 but what they don’t tell you is you can actually drop the truck off even if the office is closed. None of this was explained to me when I picked up the truck. Then when I turned the truck in (because that location wasn’t open until 10:00 on Monday) the response was, “Okay you are good.” There was no comment about a late fee. I just got to open my bank account & see the charges. How many times do they think people move?!?! After this fiasco, I will NEVER use U-haul again!

This U-Haul operation is very much above the average U-Haul business in the areas of customer service, service after the sale, and general helpfulness.
The staff here is committed to getting you the deal you need and correcting any issues from the website or app reservation process. The facility is clean, well organized and easy to navigate.
If you intend to use the after-hours drop off privilege, this is absolutely the location to go. It is well lit, relatively easy to maneuver the equipment for return, and set up with a nice U-Haul storage complex.

The people here are absolutely ridiculous. The moment that you walk and they act like you are bothering them to do their job. It’s immediate attitude with every single one of them. Taking my stuff out of here, ASAP.

Helpful service and clean store. Had equipment available with no notice. Staff seemed a little put-off and new rental procedures have become way more complicated than they used to be with you now using your own phone to take a picture of your driver's license and even of yourself.
