Helpful service and clean store. Had equipment available with no notice. Staff seemed a little put-off and new rental procedures have become way more complicated than they used to be with you now using your own phone to take a picture of your driver's license and even of yourself.

I had the worst experience at this uhaul. I feel I should not be charged for this full rental.In advance, I reserved a truck and an appliance dolly. The appliance dolly was needed for my move since I had multiple appliances. I selected the items I needed with a date/time. the day of I go pick up at 11 am and the store representative tells me they don’t have an appliance dolly because customers came in before me and rented them. I expressed the urgency of me needing a dolly since I had men at my house ready to start moving. I asked the rep why I wasn’t told that it wasn’t a guarantee that these would be available if I’m reserving in advance, her only response was for me to complain to corporate.I felt stuck as I didn’t have a dolly of my own, I needed to be moved out of my house and I had people waiting on me. I was very frustrated and told her about this so she called to other uhauls and then I had to go pick up a dolly from a further away location.This made me late to meet people that I had hired to help me move and interrupted part of my day that I needed to be moving instead of trying to go hunt down a dolly.The whole experience was very frustrating and stressful. I will never use that store again.

I needed a U-Haul to move my stuff and the online reservation and return process went smooth with no problems. Friendly staff I might add as well.

I paid my bill following month was billed again. With late fees etc explai ned that I paid the bill and was told that i didn't and that he showed me the footage and asked me to leave stating that i was lying and completely treated me like I'm try8ng to rob them. Refused to allow me look at footage later that day . This is not the way you handle customers I'm out 200 bucks and I wish I could prove I payed this bill

The truck broke down 5 miles from the store had to walk back in 105 heat. As the ac is no longer working. After making ut to the store, I asked them to swap out the truck for a working one, they stated they are unable to do so with out receiving the broken vehicle. Road side assistance asked us to walk back the 5 miles with the keys. Will not be coming back thus location

I booked a U-Haul online on February 9, 2023 for Truck Share 24/7 pickup on February 18,2023 at 6am. Truck Share 24/7 is essentially pick up without speaking to anyone in the office; they place your key in a lockbox and you’re basically good to go - you don’t need to wait for any store associate. I booked this truck for 6am-12pm.Day of pick up comes around and I am at the location. To my surprise, the app is telling me to wait till the store opens (7am) to obtain the truck. Store lights are off - store is closed upon my arrival.I reached out via chat to customer service to see what was happening as this was not what was agreed on. Customer service stated the following, “it looks like the location unfortunately did not stage the truck for after-hours pick up or put the keys in the lock box. They have assigned the truck to be picked up in person.” Per email confirmation obtained, my scheduled pickup was at 6am. Changes were made without my authorization and without any alert or notice.We wait till 7am to enter, as this is the time they open. Their store hours are printed on the door, google, and the website for this location.The representative (Caucasian male) then informed me my truck HAD to be dropped off at 12noon. I stated I had booked the truck for 6 hours. The same representative raised his voice and firmly demanded I be back at 12 because they had another customer in need of it.Throughout this first altercation with this representative, Martin Alcalá, the General Manager sat graciously next to him.I then asked him (GM) if there was anything that he could do, and he aggressively stated: “Well what is it that you want me to do?!” I told him as he knew, I had booked a 6 hour truck under Truck Share 24/7 for 6am pick up, and per the information provided, they failed to deliver and set it up on time, causing me to lose an hour. The man angrily said I needed to bring it in at 12, regardless. He then demanded to know why I didn’t get off my car at 6am. I then stated the store business hours said 7am, along with the the customer service representative, and app - and that the reason I had selected Truck Share was to avoid speaking or waiting on anyone.Alcalá became very defensive and took no accountability. Instead he insisted that next time I booked that early, I should get down outside their business hours- meaning when the store is closed. During this time, caucasian male representative arrived with the keys and threw them at me.All the while I advised Alcala that perhaps next time, they should abide by the contract terms, issue the truck under the requested times and conditions (Truck Share), prep the truck, place the key in the lockbox - as we had selected to avoid any further issues. The man became hostile and demanded the keys back.In addition, trucks were available. They just failed or chose not to set it up under the terms I had selected.On this day, another gentleman had stopped by to pick up a truck that he had booked the day before in the store to which they told him the truck had been booked at a completely different store for pick up. The gentleman asked why that was done, as it made no sense since he lived around the corner and the reason he had booked it there was to pick it up there. And once again, they took no accountability.Regardless, I reached out to their customer service line and was honored a $50 credit because the store didn’t issue out the truck on time. (Please save your order confirmation as this helps!)Even if no apology was offered, accountability goes a long way. I hope leadership at this location takes time to learn emotional intelligence as there is always room for improvement.

Recently had to move so we rented a U-Haul. Made the reservation for a truck online. Picked up the morning of May 11th and had the truck until the morning of May 13th. Having the U-Haul really made moving easier. Highly recommend for anyone moving.

This place is very good, always have a good experience everytime I go. The service is top notch. The employees there are always nice, very helpful and have always gotten me out of pinch. Thanks guys!
