Nobody was there at the storage facility to help me on a friday afternoon. I waited for 45 mins. Had to swap it to self rental. App crashed on me at the site when I was returning so I couldn’t return it. Had to call U-Haul 4 times that day and wasted almost 30 mins each time. Got hung up on twice by haul after waiting for someone to pick up.
Absolutely pissed.

I rented a Uhaul on a Sunday when they were closed using their mobile key pickup service. I reserved it several days in advance. I rented a dolly and blankets. They did not put those items in the Uhaul. So I had to then pay for those items again at a different location. I lost an hour of rental time because of it.

Had a reservation sign on the door says they went to bank and would return and never did! I have been driving back and forth for the last 3 hours waiting to get my uhaul truck and nobody is here. I call the number that called me to confirm my reservation an the lady says she is in a meeting in helotes, I told her what the sign says and she laughed and told me to go to another location. Very upset considering I had to pay movers even though they didnt help me because I couldnt get my truck I reserved.
