Absolutely the worst customer service. One person working on a Saturday morning Another rep standing at a computer not offering to help. Use Tiller Automotive around the corner, they will demonstrate customer service.Sad that U-Haul has a brand new facility with workers with almost NO ambition.

The inside store was creepily quiet and the workers were lifeless. I would be too if I had to sit in absolute silence for hours on end. The person who helped me felt like he was being watched and judged by his two coworkers. It was incredibly awkward. He also kept pushing additional charges I had declined multiple times and was coughing without turning his head or covering his mouth. So, basically coughing right at me open mouth.The return process took almost an hour, and I was almost late "returning" the truck I rented because of the return process. The return process failed on Google Chrome and gave me a false message that could easily be perceived as a successful return. Firefox did not work either. The Uhaul app didn't work either. I had to use DuckDuckGo to finally make the return. It asked for images which were apparently too old (it was taken about 15 minutes before?) so I had to retake them.Returning the key was a nightmare as the return said to return to the return box, providing just a generic stock image of a return box from a generic Uhaul store. There were no further instructions. The return was actually supposed to go into a metal slot of a glass door as this location apparently didn't have a box. That would've been good information from the workers beforehand. How many glass sliding doors have metal slots? Just Uhaul. Worst of all there are locked boxes under a "return here 24/7" sign that I thought were the replacement for the drop box. They're completely unrelated.Give the workers a radio or something and make returns easier.After leaving this rather unpleasant review from a survey Uhaul sent, they asked me to copy it and paste it in a Google review. Seems like bad design for a survey.

Poor service.It’s to Jannifer the manager.It would cost you nothing to behave good and appreciate your valuable customers.I was there and I did not like the way you were talking to every customer.If you keep giving this attitude, then u are loosing a lot of customers.Be nice! It won’t cost u nothing.

The company U-Haul is great but the owner Jennifer is extremely rude. She lacks customer service. I won’t return to this location. Find someone else to do this job that actually cares.

Absolutely terrible experience!!!They are rude and extremely slow.Tracy W. Screaming on customers and giving attitude.Store manager was sitting next to her and did not said a word.Customer had to leave and they did not even apologize.Would never go there again!

This place is perfect if you need a trailer or to move something in a pinch. I needed to tow a car and had no idea if my hutch would work. The staff there helped me get the ball and mount I needed, as well as hooked up the trailer for me. It worked perfectly and was easy to use the ramps and transport. I had no problems with the equipment or the trip. When I returned it the next day the staff did a quick walk around with me, disconnected the trailer and I was off in minutes. Great staff and great service.

From start to finish this was the worst experience! The check in process tells you where to look for your vehicles number “left side of they truck on the lower left side”. 20 minutes later and we find it on the very top right of the back door. Then, you self check in finally and still have to go to the counter to get the key- what was the point of checking myself in?
The worst was that when we returned the vehicle it was 9pm. We were trying to do the self return. The online return is cumbersome and takes way too long. Then, it tells you to put the keys in the drop box but there was NO DROPBOX. After 30 minutes on the phone with corporate we just took the key with us to return in the morning when they open.
Truly, I have never written a negative review online, but this just was the absolute worst customer service ever. To top it off, our rental should have been $35 plus the .97 per mile. We went 21 total miles and somehow our bill was $97…a lack of financial transparency was just the icing on the cake.

The staff at the storage place that you pick trucks up at were not helpful at all and said UHaul isn't their job even though they have the dollies. Never going there again.

This location is the best by far. In the last 4 plus years we have rented many Uhauls and most locations are not the most pleasant, they push you out the door as fast as they can. This location was patient, respectful, and prompt....Thank You

I had rented a 20' truck from this location. I placed my order through U-Haul's website so everything was fine regarding the booking process. I had requested for moving blankets and furniture dolly as part of my rental. The inability of this location to properly handle that is the reason for my 4-star rating.When I got to the location on the day of the rental, the helpdesk person said that they did not have furniture dollies and simply cancelled those items from my contract. She apparently called U-Haul's traffic service and found another location for me that would provide them. I drive 10 miles out of the way to the location only to find out that they did not have it. Before leaving this location, I had asked her a couple of times to absolutely confirm if they have the dollies. It was a waste of trip and mileage for me and eventually ended up not getting the dollies I needed.The moving blankets were not loaded into the truck and had I not looked for them, I would have not even known. The helpdesk person did not even mention to me that I have to pick them up from the front office. When I came back to the front office to pick it up, they were conveniently closed for lunch hour and I had to waste more time waiting on them.While the location had the truck size I needed, an otherwise pleasant checkout experience was marred by the lack of attention from the helpdesk.
