Spent 30 minutes on the phone arguing because they accused me of not returning the truck (I chose the night drop off option). Said the needed to review the cameras, asked did I have someone else return it/ claimed the keys were not in the night slot/ was being rude. And come to find out they had already re-rented the truck to someone else. And of course all I get was an apology and the excuse was the lady is new. You should research before you make accusations and get people pissed off! Smh.

The staff were attentive and helpful. The process from reserving online to getting the keys was smooth and again, friendly attentive staff ensuring I got service as quickly as possible.

I only used the rental for a full 24 hrs and was charged 4 days rental fee
Will not be renting enclosed trailers from U-Haul overall
