We hired a locksmith to cut off the lock for our unit so we could get into it. The management refused to let him in, even though I was with him. They refused because he was speaking Spanish. He even showed his card issued by the Texas showing he was licensed but they refused to let him in because they said he needed a paper. They even called the company and they proved he worked for them but the girls still refused him access. These women were racist again the Hispanic customer and Hispanic locksmith. Do not store your items here if you are too dark or beware of not being let in and treated poorly ☹️ I will be canceling my storage immediately and reporting these rude girls to management.

We recently moved from Converse to Converse, and we used the trucks in this facility to do so. In all, we rented from them five times, and every experience with them was amazing! The staff is incredibly professional! Every encounter I had with them demonstrated a positive, caring environment where the employee did their best to manage my needs. While parking is at your own risk, I felt comfortable leaving my car here overnight while we had their truck. Overall, I highly recommend this place when managing your next move!

Very good UHAUL center. Staff is always helpful in anyway they can be. Used them twice and will always return here when uhaul is needed.

General manager is trash. Wouldnt allow us to return vehicle in store while the store was still open. Also refused to give his name, Supervisors name, and number. Sign on store says Augie Is GM, management needs to be rotated for sure
