Not having the correct size truck for my reservation. And forcing me to travel out of my way to get the correct size at a different location and making me pay the milage differential. On top of that, they promised a $50 reimbursement for the milage difference but that was just a blatant lie.

Rented my U-haul with the Mailing Spot. They were quick and had my uhaul ready in a couple of minutes.

This is actually "The Mailing Spot" who is an authorized uhaul truck rental place. They do have boxes but they're shipping boxes.
