I booked a reservation for an auto transport on 16 June for a pick up date of 30 June. A hour before my scheduled pick up, they called and told me they didn’t have an auto transport available. Truly unacceptable when I’m scheduled to depart the area on 1 July at the wee hours of the morning. Very unprofessional to call me a hour before to tell me you don’t have the towing equipment I need!

Service of all the employees I have worked with at this location has been outstanding. They go above and beyond to assist you.
This last trip I had an interaction with the owner / general manager and she was definitely less friendly and helpful than any of the workers. I would go as far as to say she is rude.
I would still use this location for my future needs I just do everything I can to avoid her.

I rented a 26’ truck for a time-sensitive move. When I show up, the truck is not at the location. The person who had the truck before me is late dropping it off. They call him, and not only is he not bringing the truck back but they literally give him a two-day extension. All while I’m sitting there having reserved the truck. The best they could do for me is reserve a different truck for 4 hours later at a location halfway across town. Completely threw our entire move into utter chaos. The problem is not with the employees here but the system overall.
Edit: Joseph is a real one and got it done for me.

The manager well she said she was the manager. I purchased a $15 dollar adapter for the trailer lights which they installed incorrectly Along with spending over $300. The adapter had fell out before I got home and gone. I returned explained the situation. Which very rudely was told your problem. I said can you just replace it’s $15 and you installed it. Amazingly she told me either pay for it or leave. I ask if I could speak to the manager she told me I’m the manager dial the 800# no one else to speak with. Rude from the moment I arrived. Beware!

I recently rented from Uhaul Rental and was thoroughly impressed. The customer service was exceptional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The equipment and vehicles were brand new, which really made a difference in terms of reliability and ease of use. Moving is always a tough job, but having high-quality tools and helpful staff made the day much easier. I highly recommend Until Rental for anyone in need of rental services.

Ive been renting trailers from uhaul for decades. the pick up was business as usual and the service was friendly and kind. But, my friendly experience ended there. for the first time i actually had trouble and needed expert advice from customer service. everyone i spoke to was pretty rude and show zero understanding for my situation. i rented a super small 4x6 trailer and needed assistance and advice and received nothing more than threats of being charged extra because of my circumstances. what should have been a 14 dollar rental turned into 185 dollar bill with no damage to your equipment. i understand policy and procedures but being lectured and barked at when im in an emergency situation is unacceptable.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Tony at U-Haul off W 1604 N, and I must say, his professionalism, kindness, and sense of humor truly made my experience exceptional. During our walk-thru, we encountered an issue with the truck's battery dying. However, Tony was quick to resolve the situation by assuring us that another truck was available and promptly transferred us to the replacement vehicle. His swift action and exceptional customer service skills truly impressed me. Tony not only met but exceeded my expectations, representing the company with utmost excellence. It is evident that he possesses great leadership qualities, & I have no doubt that he will continue to excel and thrive in his role. I truly look forward to seeing Tony grow and possibly become a leader within the company one day. Thanks again Tony, for your outstanding service last weekend.

I’d give U-Haul on 1604 in Helotes more than five stars and they deserve it. Superb customer service. They have the best customer service in San Antonio, TX. Jennifer S helped us out, and she did a magnificent job every step of the way. U-Haul should be proud they’re represented by such hard working people. Moving is a pain in the neck, but this U-Haul facility certainly takes some of the pain of moving away.
