A little disappointed in this location. I made a reservation for a hitch installation through the Uhaul app a month in advanced. I show up the day of my reservation only to be told they don't do hitch installations at their location. Mind you there are signs posted on the building stating they sell and install hitches. So heads up to those seeking hitch installation services, this location doesn't do them.

Worst experience ever. Systems moving slow, say for over an hour to find out they cabby find the trailer we reserved. Had us sit even longer while they looked for it. Then said they can give us another trailer and they can see about the price. Sat and waited yet again, actually still here waiting........ rep went to go help someone else, still waiting for a trailer...... hour and a half in, they finally came to get is hooked up. Thankfully I will never have to use uhaul again

Fast and easy pickup and drop off. Got the Pickup Truck for one hour and it was in great condition. Fees were very reasonable.

This is the cleanest and nicest U-hual i've ever been to with almost no waiting; aside from that Jennifer was extremely helpful and courteous; she made everything super easy.

The amount of eye rolling and checkout avoidance I get from the younger kids/employees here makes me go 12 minutes out of my way to a different uhaul location with better service. Their mom is very friendly but you have to wait a while for her to show up because she's busy doing all the work while the kids stare off into space or avoid you at all costs. 2 stars because it's a nice newly built location with a good parking lot and lots of supplies on hand.

Absolutely the worst customer service. One person working on a Saturday morning Another rep standing at a computer not offering to help. Use Tiller Automotive around the corner, they will demonstrate customer service.Sad that U-Haul has a brand new facility with workers with almost NO ambition.

The inside store was creepily quiet and the workers were lifeless. I would be too if I had to sit in absolute silence for hours on end. The person who helped me felt like he was being watched and judged by his two coworkers. It was incredibly awkward. He also kept pushing additional charges I had declined multiple times and was coughing without turning his head or covering his mouth. So, basically coughing right at me open mouth.The return process took almost an hour, and I was almost late "returning" the truck I rented because of the return process. The return process failed on Google Chrome and gave me a false message that could easily be perceived as a successful return. Firefox did not work either. The Uhaul app didn't work either. I had to use DuckDuckGo to finally make the return. It asked for images which were apparently too old (it was taken about 15 minutes before?) so I had to retake them.Returning the key was a nightmare as the return said to return to the return box, providing just a generic stock image of a return box from a generic Uhaul store. There were no further instructions. The return was actually supposed to go into a metal slot of a glass door as this location apparently didn't have a box. That would've been good information from the workers beforehand. How many glass sliding doors have metal slots? Just Uhaul. Worst of all there are locked boxes under a "return here 24/7" sign that I thought were the replacement for the drop box. They're completely unrelated.Give the workers a radio or something and make returns easier.After leaving this rather unpleasant review from a survey Uhaul sent, they asked me to copy it and paste it in a Google review. Seems like bad design for a survey.

Avoid at all costs, Jennifer the manager is the worst person you can deal or talk or even be around. Wow how such a person is hired or even a part of the customer service team
