Went there to rent a trailer, service was fast and easy. Got the trailer hooked up in no time, and was on my way. Dropped off the next day, and they quickly helped me unhook the trailer. We saved a fortune on moving costs, will definitely use them again!

Don't smoke in their trucks!! I had the unpleasant experience of picking up a truck that smelled like an ashtray. The management and staff went over and beyond to rectify my experience. Things can go from not-so-good to awesome really fast. I was happy with the Chevrolet they provided. I was impressed with the towing capacity and handling!! Thanks for always taking care of my hauling needs. I believe I've rented with them 7 times this year. Their open metal trailers are the best value around for trailer rental.

This is the best UHaul location; fully stocked with equipment and supplies, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend them for moving or storage needs.

The Staff is friendly and professional. I've rented from this location for the last 4-5 years and have never received less than 5 start treatment each time. Our entire family rents from this location because of the staff and great attitudes.

Where do I begin? This place and their family made the move happen for me and my family. Another U-Haul canceled on me the DAY OF!!! I had my reservation for almost a month and a half. Even called numerous times to make sure I’m good. THIS is the place to go. He put me in a bigger truck, for a cheaper rate!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for all of your help!!

I made a reservation for a 26ft truck couple weeks ago for a permanent move and a day before the pick-up date, I get a call saying they don't have the truck & nothing similar in 200-mile radius and I should find somewhere else. We are talking about the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, what a way to screw someone over fully.

Super relaxed environment. I was in and on my way with a big ol truck in 5 minutes or less. When I returned the truck it took all of two seconds and they did everything with a smile and made it easier than expected.

The staff was very helpful, but I was disappointed that the truck had charcoal spilled in the back. I didn't realize it until my son had already but my mattress in the truck. Luckily, it only got the protective cover dirty. I made sure and swept it out after we used it.

I've rented from UHaul before & persons working were polite & happy to have the business. Maybe it's just a bad day for this office... the girl at the desk is about as unfriendly and rude as it gets. It's not easy to be as rude as she is. We've made in person contact with her three times over the past two days. Once to reserve, once yo pick up, and once to return the rental. All three times, anti-service.I almost feel sorry for her, it's hard to get ahead in life when you're that mean.

Customer experience is terrible. The receptionist and the business owner. Would not recommend this place. Find another U-Haul.
