I called amd the woman who answered the phone said they only have 15 inch trailer... I'm sure she meant 15 foot amd isn't aware of measurements at all... then I asked the price. She said I had to reserve it to get a peice... which is definitely false... but I did and their site did not work at all... I called them back amd it rung... picked up and stayed quiet... I hung up and called again... busy tone... she left the phone off the hook as to not answer any calls... lazy workers

The truck smelt horrible like cat pee the floor was wet and sticky. There was also a bag of open dog food under the seat. As far as the location goes there’s barely any parking and the area doesn’t feel safe.

I'm not sure when U haul starting playing this game of nickel and dime'n their patrons. The location was Below Average. The 20 foot reserved U haul was unavailable so I rented a 15 foot truck. No problem.
Total time: pickup the U Haul at 8:45AM and dropped the truck off at 5:17PM and was charge 3X the fee! Charged 3X for Safe Mode. Charged 3X the $29.95 rate! INCREDIBLE. SLICK.
Less than 9 hours and I was charged over $185.00! How is that possible?

The U-Haul was dirty in the front and the back. Food bags left inside. These trucks should be cleaned between use

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY for U-Haul rentals. The attendants clearly need more training. It took me over an hour to pick up my rental even though I used the app and it didn’t even have my utility dolly like it was supposed. Just awful experience.
