They had the very specialized (powered) lighting converter I needed (before entering Cali), They took care of me quickly so I could get it installed in the daylight before continuing my TX to CA journey. 😉

Melanie (I hope I spelled her name correctly😅) was awesome and fast to help me! This is the smoothest transaction I’ve had with U-Haul and I’ve been renting for years! Super easy to get in and out of the location and the truck I rented was new! 4,000 miles on it so it was nice! Really happy with this location and it’s convenient location 👏🏼🙏🏼

It was understood if a person is late to their reservation pick up appointment, you'd be bumped to the next available location. That happened to me 3 times!!! I didn't realize it until it had already happened. I was able to get the moving job done! Reserving & picking up was an easy process. Thanks U-Haul!!!

I was switched over to using this location after I had called the previous Uhaul location asking if they would assist me in loading my vehicle onto the trailer. They had told me yes, while on arrival to this location they were firm in saying they would not help with this. I think uhaul should refrain from distributing trailers to this location if they won't help load vehicles. I had to drive the truck to a different location and uber to pick up my car in order to have it loaded. Lupe at the Grissom Rd location was very helpful though he should be commended.

After going to 3 Uhaul locations I came here and it was great. Super friendly and helpful, they had everything I needed and were accommodating to what I needed. If I need to rent a truck again this is where I’m going from now on.

Because the app has such a difficult time finding location, the person on site was forced to help me. She was so kind, and made check-in a breeze (and I totally forgot her name during the stress of moving, but wow, she really was great!) While the equipment was very old, it was clean and did what we needed it to do. Zero issues.

Honestly one of the easiest rental/return processes ever with U-Haul and Crystal Clean! The staff at Crystal Clean were top notch and the facility was exceptionally clean! Will use both U-Haul and Crystal Clean in the future!
