I made a reservation or a truck and trailer. Upon arrive we were sent to another UHaul dealer because they didn’t have the truck or the trailer we reserved. We were sent all over town to 4 different UHauls. It was very stressful during an already stressful time of relocating to another state. No discount was offered. If you have to use UHaul, call and verify they have your items multiple times before moving day.

U-Haul did not have my truck reservation. I made the reservation two weeks in advance. When I called the day before to confirm, they said my truck wasn’t available at that location but that they could schedule me to another location. The morning of our move, I get a phone call that the person (Lul Haji from their Houston location) scheduled a truck knowing they didn’t have one. There were no available trucks in San Antonio or within a 50 mile radius. day of our move. They didnt find us a truck. They said they’d have one the next Monday and offered $50 for failing to fulfill their “guarantee”. ? not the employees fault but apparently U-Haul does this a lot. They don’t care if they overbook and screw you over.

Horrible communicating. I reserved a truck 3 days in advance and was told they took cash to rent a truck and so I walked to deposit the cash to my cash app and walked back and they wouldn't take the card.

The service was terrible, the representative (chubby version of Leo DiCaprio) was extremely rude, he didn’t want to help me out. He had a bad attitude, also I understand they have him working by himself, still no support from him or the owner of that specific branch.

Rented a Uhaul for a move to Corpus. I had to rent truck for two days even if return same day. Hate checking in online when you still need to go inside to get key and correct the truck number assigned. What's the point of checking in online. It is convenient for drop off thou. Will say that..

The U-Haul Center that we use was awesome. they helped us in every manner possible we were renting a 26 foot truck with a car hauler. we ended up renting a 26 foot truck along with a 12 foot trailer instead of a car hauler. they were so easy in doing a transition I do recommend them in any local or long distant move they are great thank you to them

When u finally get a real person at the actual office it's great.The process is not great online.And if u have questions, forget it.Actual people in the store are top notch.Online and 800# experience is not so good...hold time on line was 60 minutes...I hung up!

I wish I could do the less than one star I went to this location I had a reservation just to pick up the trailer all I needed to do was sign I had already paid I got to the store I went inside the store I was informed I needed to wear masks I told him I wasn't able to wear one but I would be more than welcome to wait outside & outside as I only need to get a trailer they proceeded to tell me that was unacceptable however they thought it was more than acceptable for me to be inside the store & the cancellation for that trailer rental so I just don't understand the logic if all I had to do was sign why I couldn't sign the rental contract instead of the cancellation the employee was very rude I ask for the manager or owner his phone number he refused to give it to me he said he would answer the phone horrible Place horrible customer service I will never patronize that place and I will no longer use U-Haul in the future
