I used U-PACK for my move from San Antonio, TX to Little Rock, AR. They were very easy to communicate with and always responded to my questions/requests with sufficient details.
They are what they say they are: U-PACK. I have had experience packing my own trailers and knowing how things shift during driving that many miles (aggressive or not), so I expected a few things to crack or break.
They picked up my full trailer on Tuesday evening, and delivered it on Friday morning.
Very happy and have already referred them to several friends.
Will use again if I do my own move again.

Would not recommend this company.
Did an out of state move and they arrived on time to drop off the ReloCubes but there was a problem with the company filing the right paperwork so it just sat in a facility for a week. We have no idea when it's going to be delivered since it's past the deadline and no discounts for the errors or for being late. Plus, we were already charged the full amount which we were told wouldn't happen until they were delivered. Hoping our stuff eventually gets delivered.

I decided to use U-pack for my long-distance moving (2000 miles) after reading a lot of good reviews of them. Now I received my delivery and wanted to give some sincere feedbacks for someone who is in need.
1. Only use this their trailers if you KNOW how to pack and load your stuff PROFESSIONALLY. If you don`t, then always expect some damages. Their driving is aggressive, but fast enough.
2. Even though their price includes liability coverage, but you can`t rely on it. As it shows in my pictures, I had a major damage to my washer after the moving. Their aggressive driving caused the drum out of hook, dropped and hit the water pump underneath (then you can tell how aggressive their driving is). I spent several hundreds to have it repaired. I filed a claim with U-pack. They replied that I couldn`t show enough evidences it was their fault. So they closed the case without paying anything.
Now I am wondering if you have something missing during the moving, how can you provide evidences to show it`s their fault? Because your stuff already missing, they will probably say that they didn`t help you with the loading, thus they don`t know if your missing stuff has been loaded into their trailer.
3. ALWAYS track your own stuff if you want a sooner delivery. I paid extra money for a guaranteed delivery window because I was in an urgent move. I checked to find my trailer had arrived at their location on Sunday afternoon. I was so happy and expected my delivery would be on Monday. Because it was Sunday that day, I was able to contact them to confirm the delivery and it turned out to be a mistake. On EARLY Monday morning I called them to confirm, unfortunately was told their Monday schedule was full. I asked what the earliest possible delivery time would be. They said "your guaranteed delivery date is on Thursday." I feel a little ridiculous because I paid extra money for a guaranteed sooner delivery window, but then it became an impediment for an early delivery (even though my trailer has arrived at their location 4 days in advance).
My understanding is that...there is some discrepancy of communications between U-pack and ABF Freight which is the actual shipping agent. It sounds like that ABF Freight doesn`t understand a guaranteed delivery date means the customers paid extra money for an earliest possible delivery.

Fast, easy, reliable. Everything explained all up front. Costs explained in detail. Container actually arrived earlier than planned but stored then delivered. Quick and easy pick up.should have used upack to ship my vehicles-that service was horrible for me.

All I can say is: WOW! U-Pack is the best, most economical and efficient way to execute a cross-country move in the U.S. I rented 4 "ReloCubes," more than enough space to transport my household goods.
They were delivered, promptly, on schedule to my home: we packed each up, taking care to secure as tightly as possible the contents. You must supply your own locks and I got 4 excellent, heavy duty padlocks from Amazon for under $20 and also bought 4 pkgs. of Black and Decker ratchetable bands, also economically priced.
Once my pods were ready for transport, U-Pack picked them up and transported them to my new home State. When I arrived, I called and the pods were promptly delivered to my new home where they were emptied and then U-Pack retrieved them.
I saved about $8,000 or more by moving with U-Pack instead of going with a standard moving company. With U-Pack, YOU control how your goods are packed which can't be said for regular moving cos. which tend to be careless with your boxes.
I chose U-Pack because apparently, many military families prefer to use them and now I know why.
The Staff at every point, from booking online to pick-up, transport and delivery, were ever courteous, professional, and efficient.
Do it yourself, folks! Don't rent moving trailers that you have to drive yourself or go with costly, standard moving cos.

The guy that dropped off the trailer was so nice and helpful, showed us how to use the ramp and the straps. Reminded me of one of my uncles. All of our stuff arrived on time, nothing broken. Since the customer is in charge of packing and loading, it's important to make sure you really protect your things with blankets and sufficient packaging.

The process is so simple and smooth. Their online system makes it easy to request dates, enter pickup and dropoff locations and track the trailer. Far better than PODS process. Would definitely recommend and use UPack again.

Another seamless move with UPack. Used them to move from Nevada to Texas to Washington State to Nevada and again to Texas. Simply can’t beat them in any other way!! Most economical way to do long moves

We need to use U-Pack to pack and ship some of my Sister's belongings from Texas to Maryland because she passed away. We packed the cube and it was picked up as scheduled. It was actually delivered ahead of time. Her/our belongings remained in tacked. Great, courteous, timely and professional service. I will definitely use and recommend this service to any and everyone. Oh the best part, it was cost effective!

We used U-Pack to move from a jam-packed 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath 2 car garage 1940 square foot condo in Snoqualmie WA in April of 2023. Altho we had no appliances to move & limited furniture we had LOTS of boxes & garage shelving. We found using U-Pack & hiring loaders separately to be our least expensive option. U-Pack showed up on time with a 26’ trailer. We used ever inch of it.We were moving to TX & didn’t have a home there yet, so we knew we would use their option to store the trailer until we had found a home. The 1st month was reasonably priced. Months after the 1st month were a pricey $1,500/month. We didn’t believe it would take us more than a month to find a place.Unfortunately, it ended up taking 3 months to close on the house we purchased in TX. But our belongings were secure, the trailer showed up again on time & our separately hired destination unloaders were reasonably priced.On a long move like ours we saved money on both ends of the actual move using U-Pack & experienced NO surprises or problems with our belongings, even tho they were stored during terrible TX heat without climate control. We agreed to the storage costs not realizing our things would require such long storage—not U-Pack’s problem.If you have the money when it comes to a long distance move, it might be good to go with a highly reputable full service mover, but we had an excellent experience & no complications or complaints going with U-Pack & would have saved big bucks except for our unforeseen need to utilize their storage option. They were always readily available by phone when we had questions. We would definitely use them again.

I have to say that I am very pleased with the entire experience with Upack. The staff in both Reno and San Antonio were all very friendly and helpful. The pricing is reasonable and options very convenient.
