This is for the Blanco location only. The Broadway location was terrible. Kenny at Blanco was great. The person on Broadway who told me "It is what it is" I recommended they provided him with some customer service training.

Meet most of the new workers and they are all scamming the manager or owner, they don't do their job and turn away anyone they can. Have seen them do it to 4 people. Having worked with computers and phones for a living I can see them lying thru their teeth to not have to work. Get audio cameras and listen to them. Only there for the hourly

When you call Asurion, you are connected to a centralized call center. You can never reach the store/shop directly, although there are ph. numbers listed on the internet. The phone prompts can take several minutes 5 to 10 mins, plus you need to make several selections to get through to a person. When you have to speak to the virtual agent, you have to repeat info more than once. All I needed was a screen protector, and I was finally transferred to a local store. The store said they had none. Maybe in a week or so, they'll have some. Hwvr, I need to schedule an appt with Asurion online. When I tried to schedule it, my provider was not even listed. I could go on and on, but I won't for the readers' sake.

Great place great deals and awesome customer service, the district manager Rene was super knowledgeable and was extremely polite and patient with all the questions i had and also was extremely honest about their products on whats better than others. I will definitely be coming back in the future hopefully their other employees are as knowledgeable as he was!

I went in for a laptop repair to the office located at the Forum Parkway recommended by Asurion Home Plus for a damage USB port and laptop case separation. It took longer than expected because they had to order a replacement case. When I got my laptop back, it turned on but immediately shut down with a restart due to an error during start up. The laptop did reboot but the screen was black. It was basically inoperable with poor repair quality (case is still separating and there are scratches and damages such as dents) that were not there when I turned it in. Also, they did not really repair the USB port. It looks like they just bent it back in place. I do not recommend you take your device in for repair.Additionally, I am now dealing with Asurion Home Plus. Asurion Home Plus deemed my laptop is not repairable, according to personnel at Asurion, they will be giving me a device that is comparable to what I had. Asurion sent me a link to select a replacement device, and when I clicked on that link, there was only one option for replacement, and that replacement was no where comparable to the specifications of this laptop. Asurion gave me the option of a Lenovo Chromebook with 4 GB and 64 GB eMMR. My broken, unrepairable laptop was configured with 64 GB, with 512 SSD. Very disappointing.P.S. This should be posted on the review for the UBreakiFix located at the Forum Parkway not Blanco.

Couldn't be helped, got yelled at by employee" WE'RE CLOSED!" Even though I had watched someone walk out of the store with papers and the OPEN/CLOSED sign was flipped to say open. I did walk in early 11:52am, again I just watched someone else walk out 1 minute prior.When the employee did allow me to come in at 12pm I was told the "Samsung computer was down"I did try to leave my phone to be serviced, but he said I should just come back tomorrow at 10am when they open. That the other guy would fix it..

I stopped to get my battery replaced on my iPhone 11 Pro Max… Yes I know I’m a dinosaur. They had it in stockAnd replaced it in less than an hour. I super appreciated it since I was only in town for a visit and my battery was on its last leg. Super Helpful! Super Fast! Convenient location. I was able to enjoy a late lunch next door. If you get a chance while you’re waiting for your item to be repaired check out “Dough” absolutely delicious!!!

Got a quote for a iPad Air 4th gen, they estimated wait time 3-7 days and a total of $499?? To fix a screen? I can get a new iPad in that case. It was a moody guy who answered. Ew.

Called today to get a quote for getting an iPad charge port fixed. The person, Kenny who answered the phone was so short and rude I could not believe this was a business that offered services to people.There is no way I would give my money to a place that started their interaction with a customer like I was the problem. If I owned this location I would love to know that the people I paid to work for me acted like the customers were a huge pain the ---.

Came for a charging port cleaning was in and out in 5 minutes. I was helped by Kenny. Great guy, super professional, courteous, and explained in detail for me to understand. I definitely recommend coming to this store for all your device needs.
