First off, I don’t usually take the time to do reviews! But yall, when I say Katherine the sales manager was so great I mean it! I’m always hesitant to go in because I don’t know much about makeup but she saw me walk in, greeted me and asked if she can help, then not only took me to what I asked for- but she checked the color on my face and made me feel so welcomed! I hope she’s there everytime I go in the future!

I had such a great experience with Jim during my recent visit. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. Jim took the time to listen to what I was looking for, asked thoughtful questions about my skin type and preferences, and made recommendations that were spot-on.
His product knowledge is impressive he explained the differences between several options without being pushy, and gave me tips on how to apply them for the best results. When it came to makeup application, Jim was both professional and personable, walking me through each step so I could recreate the look at home.
What stood out most was how genuinely invested he was in making sure I left feeling confident and happy with my choices. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention he put into my visit. I’ll definitely be coming back to see Jim for future beauty needs.

Today, Hilary, waited on me for a purchase of men's Blind Barber 30 Proof Styling Cream. Their rack price read $18.99 but at check out it came up at $21.19. When I showed her the rack price, she responded..to be honest with you, those prices haven't changed. Ironically, she was training some one and refused to honor the posted price. I refused the bait and switch ad and was refunded my purchase. As seniors, we value the cost of a dollar and customer treatment of miss pricing.

Associate named jayden I believe was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products she was recommending. I ended up finding a makeup routine that is for my type of skin . Will definitely be back !

None of the workers greeted me when I walked in. One girl working in Lancôme saw me, but didn’t bother to ask if I needed help with anything.

The San Marcos and the New Braunfels stores have their samples locked up. ! you can't even try them unless you get somebody to unlock the box.( do you think i'm gonna steal your sample or just spray fifty sprays just to be wasteful ?)
I would give these 2 stores lower points but not sure, if you can separate them from the San Antonio and Austin locations.

Edit: came back today 6/13 and faith was SO SWEET AND HELPFUL! There was a lip stain I picked and she recommended a cheaper cuter one🥰

I visited the Ulta Store inside South Park Mall today and was helped by a very sweet young lady by the name of Vanessa, She was very helpful and answered all my questions. Vanessa has great customer service skills. I wanna rate Vanessa a 5 star review.

This ulta is very unorganized, I been knowing that for yrs BUT I recently put in an online order and received a product that had expired in 2/24!!! Please check the products you get from there!! More than a year expired is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

The times of the store being open are different on Google than the actual store. Says they open at 10, they don't open till 11. Disappointing ☹️ maybe some should change that.

I normally don't go into the store to shop, customer service, as always a miss in these stores, so I normally shop online. I don't even live remotely close to south park mall, but I had to go in to ulta and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful clean store and the wonderful management and staff they had. This was the first time, and I don't know how many years that i've been inside of an ulta, and felt welcomed so knowledgeable and helpful. I will drive 30min across town just to visit Daniel and her staff for my beauty needs. We'll done guys! You officially have me shopping in store again.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mila this evening and he was super super helpful, super knowledgeable with the urban decay products I went in seeking my Mac favorite eyeliner, which was not available and ended up loving my new urban decay black liner!!
