My daughter visited this store and bought a perfume, but the entire staff is very rude and never helpful. They just talk to each other and don't do their job. They respond in a super rude way. 0/10 service.

I had set a pickup order for foundation, walked in to pick up my order noticed the foundation was used. Informed Samantha at the counter that it was used she told me to wait as I didn’t want to fetch my own products. When she said it happens I advised her that I do not want used products she had an attitude. If you choose to pickup, that should be a Convenience. Instead, it was the hardest time to get my order straightened out with customer service on the phone. It took 5 calls after to get the prestige discount that I used for this order back. This associate Samantha made my mind up to never shop this store again. I traveled over 30 mins to this location as it was the one that had the product in stock. A simple pickup turned into a headache.

I had the pleasure of getting assisted by Judith today. And she was so sweet and kind. She helped me scan every nail set that I was interested in to see if they were on sale since I had found a couple that were 75% off and she even helped me look up another product that was out of stock at their store to see who may have it nearby. Over all an amazing experience. Thanks Judith !

Worst experience ever at an Ulta beauty location. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted asked if they had any extra in the back because they only had the sample available up front. Waited for somebody to come assist me after asking the lady in the front to send somebody to help me. Still no one came to help. Asked for a second time for help. No one ever came to help. Left to a different location.

I had my 1st bad experience with Ulta Salon @ Ingram on 3/22/24, by a styles Kassandra. I asked for highlights & she gave me Ash Blonde. My hair is burned, damage & also my hair is fallling out. She was doing my hair for 6-7 hrs. I also told her I wanted a trim & she cut half of my Hair, due to she may have burned my ends. I email & sent 5 pictures to the corporate office. They said a manager will contact me. The Ulta store Manger called me on 3/29/24. She said a Manger name Chrissy was going to call me on 3/30/24, which I never receive her called. All I want is my refund of $343.00. They are accountable for the damage of my Hair. I'll take it to the next level. Legal action if I have to. Cancel my Ulta credit card. They lost a long customer.

Went in for an appointment for eyebrows, the lady at the benefit counter was lovely and helpful and helped me choose some great products. The only downside is that if you need an eyebrow or lash service they seem to not be there Monday or Tuesday.

I literally only had 15 minutes to get inside, Find a foundation that was a match, and get out. Miss Kat immediately saw me and asked if there was anything that she could help with. I shared my concern with her as well as my time limit, and I'm not even kidding she grabbed three different foundations and literally matched me with her first try! Best customer service I received from Ulta in a minute! if you're going to this location, ask for a Kat, you won't regret it!
