My mom went in there and had a question about a eyeliner that she wanted to buy, (my mom is a Muslim and barely speaks English but she asked if they have any waterproof eyeliner) and the lady she asked just walked off while making a face. My mom came back home confused onto why the lady just walked off with a face. My mom said she looked mad when she asked.

Rarely go to these kind of stores because of uncertainty. Therefore usually stuck with Walmart/haircut places with generic answers and product. Decided to try Ulta again as I was looking for a particular product possibly no longer made. I was nearly dismayed at entry as it is not a store you immediately know where to go unless you frequent imo. However, Ashley was a great help with her knowledge, particularly on the brand change (why I didn’t recognize the product), and her additional thoughts on my needs. Will be revisiting after her assistance.

A lovely associate called Victoria helped me and my mom find some good skincare products for or face and was really kind and helpful. She was also so patient and really sweet, and the place is always stocked up while the employees are around to help, leaving no room for doubt 🙌

The staff at this location was super friendly and helpful! I was looking for a cologne that I live and have been having a hard time finding lately. The team member helping me out offered to go to the back and check what they had just in case. I was grateful for her care and extra effort to help me find what I was looking for!

I visited the store in search of a foundation or makeup, something more skin care and I was attended to by a very friendly lady but I was surprised that the tone she chose was very good, she got it right perfectly obviously she also gave me a sample of it before buying, thank you Susie for your kind attention.

Today was my first time at this Ulta salon. I had just gone through a really tough event. Alyssa was my stylist and I told her I needed a change! She cut loads off my hair and gave a great cut and style! Thanks to her I am feeling better about the next chapter of my life!
