My friend and I asked for help finding a liquid blush and were met with disrespectful behavior. The associate told us we should not buy a liquid blush and should go with cream. We politely said that we already have a few creams and would prefer to purchase a liquid. She made a face and argued with us about how we shouldn’t get it. When we asked where it was, she gestured to the other half of the store and said there might be one in x brand’s section. She was not willing to show us where. While we were shopping, two different employees were sitting on the floor restocking and loudly talking negatively about other employees that weren’t present. Then I went to redeem my birthday gift and was treated as if I was trying to scam the store. We both redeemed our gift and my app wouldn’t show the barcode. One employee accused me of already having redeemed it, which we explained couldn’t be the case, because then it would show redeemed as it did on my friends app. They made me sit on the phone and call customer service and sit on hold to have a new barcode emailed to me, which ended up not working anyway. One I offered to show my ID but was still made to go through a long unnecessary process before they finally just voided it out. It made us late for a nail appointment and made everyone in line behind us upset. Very disappointed and probably will be exclusively shopping at Sephora from now on.

I wish they carried my brand, in my shade on my side of town (The Forum). Mented Cosmetics please in all shades or at least more than the 4 at the stone oak location. ??

I had a staff member as I was walking in ask if I needed help finding anything and I politely declined. As I was shopping she was watching me as if I was stealing and it was pretty annoying. Then as I was waiting to check out she was just standing behind the registers and she asked again if I needed anything. I asked her about an item that was out of stock and she was extremely pushy, rude, and condescending about her recommendation in place of what I originally wanted. Even worse it looked as though she were the manager, I hope no one else experiences this.

Was ignored for about 10 minutes in a very small Ulta store, even though I knew exactly what I wanted.It's my day off and didn't feel like dressing up, so I get that nobody wanted to approach me.Waited in line for another few minutes to ask the cashier, who was very courteous, for assistance.

I had to come see the recent reviews here as our visit to this location yesterday was somewhat shocking…what has happened?? The store was overall dirty and disorganized. Makeup smeared on shelves and most displays nearing completely empty on product. The tester stations were trashed with 3 in a row having no sponges, tips or alcohol? Based on other reviews this doesn’t seem like a one off

Staff is wonderful, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately they seem understaffed since every aisle looked like a disorganized clearance section. Multiple items on shelves were dented or stained. It could be just the busy holiday season but I hope the management would hire seasonal staff.

A big thanks to Jessica at the register today. I came in on the 16th to get shampoo and conditioner. While checking out all the product or upfront for the 21 day deals. They had the Clinique Take the day away prompted as the deal. I bought it and left. Went to look at the deals for Sunday 9/17 and turns out they had all the wrong stuff at the front for the wrong day. Came in today to return it and she honored the discount price for me so I could keep what I bought!!

The gal that helped me was very helpful. But they don't have a very large perfume selection and most of their testers have been stolen. It's a little hard to find things as well.

It’s been a few years since I’ve had a “proper” hair cut, i got a blunt chop done 6-7 months ago at a great clips just because i wanted length gone, and finally decided it was time to let this mama treat herself and get a haircut i truly wanted. Madi did not disappoint at all! Overall she was super sweet, and gave me exactly what i was wanting but so much better than i imagined. We hit a scheduling snag when i originally booked my appointment, but she was very quick to let me know what was going on and rescheduled for as soon as possible which i really appreciated. My only complaint is that i hadn’t gone to see her sooner! Madi is definitely a gem and a great stylist, 10/10 will be back and referring friends & family to her.For the rest of the store i can’t say much, it was clean and everyone i encountered was really nice/helpful but i didn’t do much shopping around this visit.
