I’ve had insurance with them for over three years, they are always so helpful and upfront about the prices . Margret is the reason I love going in she treats me so wonderful and enjoy her conversations and they are always good at reminding me when my payment is due. So helpful since I’m always so forgetful.

VERY BAD INSURANCE COMPANY. I HAD TO DO ALL THE LEG WORK WHEN IT CAME TIME TO DO A CLAIM. ALL THEY DID WAS BLAME EACHOTHER FOR MY CAR SITTING AT THE SHOP FOR 3 1/2 WKS AND NOTHING GETTING DONE OR EVEN A PHONE CALL TO THE SHOP. ZERO COMMUNICATION. THIS IS THE SUCKIEST INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. AND 4 WKS LATER......... MY CAR HAS YET TO BE LOOKED AT BY AN ADJUSTER! THIS IS PATHETIC. AND...... NO APOLOGY HAS COME OUT OF ANYONE'S MOUTH THERE AT THE INS. COMPANY. YES THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY WHEN THEY'RE TAKING YOUR MONEY, BUT NOT WHEN ITS TIME TO DO A CLAIM.
