Love all the utsa gear here. I never leave without buying something. Excellent customer service, too.

We purchased UTSA t-shirts for Father's Day and Birthday, our two sons who graduated from UTSA years ago. We loved the huge selection of shirts!!

Great store, have anything you could want, unless you're a longhorn fan.

Unfortunately I have to use this store because the VA will only purchase my books through them. The cashiers never seem to know their own policies and will misinform you just to get you out of hair.

If your order gets lots before it gets to you don't look here for help.

When I needed to purchase a couple of textbooks there was no one at the desk to assist me. I also tried to return the textbooks and agin no one at the front desk. I had to wait ten minutes until the guy came from the back to assist me. If you try to return digital textbooks within 30 days they won't accept them. Guess I'm out $300, thanks for nothing.

I’m an alumni now, but this place was always very helpful when I was a student. It was relatively easy to get all the books you needed for a semester. It changed a bit when Covid hit, but it still met students needs including mine.

The bookstore is not actually owned by UTSA. Privately owned. I lost a textbook and they said I would be charged. That’s fine it was my mistake losing it.They never let me know the charges never went through and also let me rent more books the following semester without ever telling me about the balance due. I had to pick up the recent rentals in person but they still didn’t let me know about the existing balance. Sent it to collections. I was told since they are not a part of the university they could not see my updated student address and information that I enrolled with. They had an old address from 2006 when I rented a book over 15 years ago.Rent your books from Amazon where it is all tied to a single account. Knowing that the bookstore is not a part of the university I will not be renting from them anymore anyway because their prices are much higher than Amazon rentals.Just FYI so you don’t have the same issues.

The text book section was blocked off and the guy wouldn't let me look at the accounting books. He didn't care at all. Also, update your address on Google maps. It's a helluva long way for the handicapped to walk from where it shows on there.

Couldn't find my order and the lady shrugged her shoulders with a "Sorry". Asked for a manager who rectified the situation, but the manager never said a word to me, just gave me my order. Could use better customer service, but maybe the pandemic has made it hard.
