Came to drop off package from Amazon and said they don’t have a barcode scanner but are able to scan things in the store…. Returned something here before but I guess lack of training leads to “we don’t returns at this store” and this is coming from the manager.

They don't specify only packages already labeled for shipping are accepted. I figured if a ups store provided several services, they would too being a direct UPS access point.

Only an access point. They can't help you with anything UPS related. They won't even try.
